Jamba Juice

I just had to worst experience at this location. I work 2 doors down, went on my break to get a juice and the girl first of all was standing in the back office for a good 3 min before she took my order. And then when I finally got to order they NEEDED to see an ID for a freakin juice!!!

im actually gonna take the time to write my first negative review, this is how upset i am.
went in this morning for 2 orange juices and 1 oatmeal. it took 15 minutes for my order to be ready, when i was the only customer at the time and 2 girls working, which by the way gave me attitude after asking if my order was almost ready. i didnt even get an apology for the wait. horrible customer service, in my opinion.
next time starbucks it is!

Wish they would have more than one person working. My wife and I have been waiting by the register for 10 minutes and the gal hasn’t even come to greet us, she’s just over their making some bowl.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I used to go every morning when I worked at Kings Fish House. Not once did I have any sort of problem. I see Mayra the most now and she is the best. Super sweet, very knowledgeable about all of the drinks and my drinks come out perfect. If I bring a protein powder to mix into my drink usually who ever is mixing that day will happily blend it in for me and that’s a huge plus for me. I realize that it could be against rules but I’m really thankful they still do it.
My favorite drinks are Berry Upbeet, Razzmatazz, mango madness, and a carrot and orange mix.

Had the worse smoothie ever, was almost literal juice. Had to of been a trainee who made it. It tasted far too sweet, and like like I said it was juice not what a Razzmatazz is supposed to be.

It was rather warm in here and their blenders are very loud, but the workers were all super friendly and the smoothies were delicious.
I had the raspberry one and my boyfriend had the chocolate peanut butter one (I know those are vague descriptions but I can’t remember their names) and we were very satisfied.
Very refreshing on the super hot day.

Really annoyed with this store. I had a $ 3 dollar smoothie coupon that for whatever reason was not showing the complete QR code. Email, text, and on the website only showed half for whatever reason. «I think bc it’s the last day of the coupon it’s not working, we have no way of discounting it without that code.» Really?! Nothing you can do?! How is that fair? The coupon is good, it says you accept it at this location and you don’t help bc of a technicality?! I know it was only $ 1.50 difference but it was the principal of not wanting to help with it at all that really upset me. It’s going to take a lot for me to want to return to this JJ.

Consistency of my Acai bowl was great. Super fresh and filling. Came before 10am, parking was easy and no line.

First of all, if you have never been here before you might have a hard time trying to locate the store. It’s in this shopping center and I had to guess on making turns when trying to find it. Second there was one person working. She took all the orders and tried to deliver fast. Poor girl. Also, I am not happy about waiting 16+ mins for a smoothie.

All the reviews about this particular jambs juice were right… They just SUCK! Ordered a large Kale-​Ribbean breeze. Not only was the top of the drink two inches from the lid but it was pure liquid. Now I get this drink all the time so I have a pretty good sense of what it’s supposed to look like and this most certainly is not it. When I asked why the drink was so empty, the lady said that she didn’t put enough into the blender to fill the cup. She said that she could make another but would have to charge me for it. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT! If someone pays for a certain sized something, they expect and deserve to get just that!
I will never be back to this jambs juice and do not recommend it to anyone either! In fact, avoid this one like the plague. There are many others to go to.

Anytime I visit the crossings I drop by this place, but then I realized a pattern. During nights, about an HR before closing, all the chairs are up and somehow someway they are always out of carrots and oranges. I’ve either ordered something I didn’t really want or just walked out. Here’s what they are doing. They clean the juicing and orange squeezing machine so early that if you order any drinks that use those machines they will tell you that they are out. Lazy workers and really disappointing.
What about this… Try not cleaning the machines till the end so YOUR customers can order something at 9pm on a Saturday night which contain oranges or carrots? Like tonight for example … Very disappointed. This doesn’t count the other times I’ve been here on the weekdays around 8pm. They are always out of carrots and oranges.
Not going to waste my time by coming to this location anymore. I hate being turned down by employees that cleaned up early so they don’t have certain fruits/​vegetables ready to be squeezed and juiced.
I guarantee sales from the last HR are always low but because they just happen to not have carrots and oranges in stock.

Husband thought they were closed, 8:15 and chairs up, girl mopping, smelly bleach and bad music, Kanye? Ugh. Disappointed and not what it should be.

I can’t believe I’ve never been here before!!! Yum! The store is super clean, & the tables outside provide a relaxing spot to enjoy my new found obsession

Ridiculous! Apparently if the drink can swirl to the top, it doesn’t matter if you’re missing a couple ounces!

Terrible Acai bowls!!! No berries for the Berry bowl! If you don’t plan to do them right don’t do them! Offering only banana and granola for toppings is lame! Liquid and empty is how I describe this disappointing bowl
