As with most chains, hard to get much more than a 3, this location was out of Lime Sherbet on our latest visit and while the California Cooler tasted ok it would have tasted much better with the proper sherbet. The staff is nice, sometimes if the place it crowded there can be a bit of a wait for your drink but they are usually pretty efficient.

went in there to get the $ 2 Apple pie smoothie thats been touted for so long. The deal was supposed to start 12⁄20 and last til 12÷24… well I go in there on 12⁄20 and say I want the $ 2 apple pie smoothie and the kid working says «That starts tomorrow» …wait what? I pull out my phone and show him the date is in fact the 20th, then I point to the sign on the door that clearly states «DEC 20−24th» and then he says «Oh our manager has to be here for this to work», essentially proving that he had no idea what he was talking about and tried to lie to me by saying the deal didn’t start this day. Either way the employees are liars or the management is crap for not preparing their employees for a promotion. Waste of time on a very busy day. Shame on you. I’m going to jamba juice

Tried the California Cooler and it was amazing! The only thing the prevented the 5th star was the lukewarm customer service. I always feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff here by placing an order. Also ordered Mango Mania and Strawberry Wave for my kids.

So… I come to this location for the awesome GROUPONS they offer. The juice/​smoothies are made just fine. I gave this store 2 stars because their customer service SUCKS! Just left after walking in to Amber at the register. She stared at us with s blank face. no hello, how are you or what can I get you? Just a blank stare. I said hello with little reaction from her. She proceeded to stand there, seemingly awaiting our order… again, with no smile or promoting… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wow! If it weren’t for the Groupon I already purchased, I would have left without ordering. I live down the street from the Eagle Glen location where they have great customer interaction but my Groupon was for this location. You guys need to train your employees for better customer service, especially since there are several Juice it Ups in Corona to choose from!

Everytime I come here my drink always taste plain and watered down no matter what I get. Customer service is complete shit. Girls that work here in the AM are never friendly, never smile, and not helpful when it comes to questions about the menu. Every time i come here the employees make me feel like I’m bothering them. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location. You think the owner would care about his employees being half way semi decent. Apparently he doesn’t.

They really should work in the customer service! You can tell some of them don’t want to be there & it reflects when they interact with the customer. The smoothies are good but bad customer service makes you not want to come back.

Great smoothies and wonderful service. Some young punk came in and was yelling at the employee for not telling him there was a certain fruit in the smoothie he ordered (even though it was listed on the menu above his head) and the employee, don’t remember his name, tall and lanky, was really polite and respectful! Handled the situation wonderfully!

Came in for a pitaya bowl ($ 7.95). It was one of the better ones I’ve had! The portions weren’t skimpy and it was quick service. I walked in with a groupon so it was even better! The only thing to do next time is to not get the honey/​agave on top. It’s a bit too sweet for me.
This place is in the same plaza as CVS across from Walmart.

My acai bowl was amazing! The customer service was horrible! I told the boy working I needed some help choosing one and he was rude & told me to grab a hand menu! Which there wasn’t any! Very disappointed in the customer service when I’m paying 7 dollars for a juice!

Bad customer service. I got to this location at 8:55pm, I live about 15 minutes from this location and we know that they close at 9pm. I asked for 3 large carrot smothies and all they told me that they would not do it anymore because they had cleaned the machine already. The girl even looked at the other guy not convinced that she gave me the right answer but he also just shook his head and said no. I said thank you and turned around and they sarcastically told me to «have a good night»

I was on a 17 mile run and found this place.
I only had 4 dollars and the lady gave me an energy mix and a glass of water.
She fed me her sales pictch and overall the place looked pretty cool…
Fitness. nutrition. clubs. ect…
If I go back I’ll eat the food and give it a better review. so far place looks dope.
