Juice It Up!

I don’t normally post reviews about chain locations but I received such wonderful customer ser ice the other day I just had to post. I hope my juice artist gets some kudos because she deserves it. We were shopping in dos lagos and my daughter was begging for a drink. On our way home on sunday we stopped by this location. We were greeted by Roxanne and she was our artist for the day. My daughter is super picky and Roxanne took the time to find out what she doesn’t like and then suggested a drink for her. It was delicious and my daughter was so pleased. Roxanne was courteous and friendly. I only wish that other young people would take a cue from Roxanne and deliver wonderful service like she did. We will always pick this location from now on. but only when Roxanne is there.

This is an update from the last time I went to Juice It Up. The girl who served me was so pleasant, didn’t have her phone out like I was bothering her from texting, and made my drink just right! I always like to make small chat and she was so pleasant and funny! I don’t remember her name but I do know that she just transferred from the Ontario juice it up. Please give her more hours! I will definitely come in more if so. My only complaint is that the manager said they would follow up with my last review and never did.

I have been going to this shop for several years now and have had great customer service every single time! All of the staff are very informative and helpful, not to mention friendly. I am greeted with a smile and a welcome every time and by the second visit they already knew my order. I am always being encouraged to try new things and am told the benefits behind each ingredient. The staff is environmentally conscious and health oriented. Great service and the freshest of ingredients.

Terrible customer service. Will not be returning. Went it with nephew and they wouldn’t let him use a coupon cause I had already used one. So dumb.

My husband and I are on the road and needed a refreshing drink. We happen to see Juice it up right off the freeway and stopped there. Olivia was our juice artist and she did not let us down! It was my first time and I told her how I like bananas and my husband told her he likes coconut. She offered to just make something up for us. We love creativity and let her do her thing! Seriously the best smoothies ever! Thanks Olivia for your enthusiasm and great taste in smoothies. Love em!

Tonight, I let another customer go in line before me PRIOR to 7:15p, so when I finally got up to the register to order, the girl behind the counter told me that they stop selling raw juices after 7:15p. I pointed out to her that I literally watched my phone’s clock changed to 7:15p as I am speaking with her, plus I have been standing there for a good 3−5mins waiting for the other customer to order. So, long story short, I have been a loyally frequent at minimal 1 – 2 times weekly customer of this location, and with this crappy customer service, I not only walked out without spending a dime, I will all together stop being a patron because seriously it wasn’t like I ran into their shop right at or after 7:15p. Very disappointed! I would have given 0 stars for 0 customer service received!!!

I went to juice it up to get my favorite drink and the problem that I had was that i could not decide if I would get a medium size or a large size smoothie. I finally made up my mind and went for the large drink which costs about a dollar more. I went and waited for my drink and when I was called to pick up my drink, i notice that the employee gave me a medium drink. I immediately made them see that I had order a large drink, so the employee grabbed my medium size drink and poured it into a large cup, he then went and scrapped the blender for just a little tiny bit of the substance that was left there and handled me the smoothie. The cup was still not full. he had just basically just changed my cup size and poured as much as he could salvage from then blender. Let me remind you that the blender had also being placed where the other dirty containers were. I asked if he was kidding and all he did was smile. He and the other person were too busy laughing at a joke or something that they were watching on their phone and did not care about customer service.

Change in customer service :) I think because the owner was there. My pitaya bowl was made a whole lot better than before. Nothing’s better than filling up with a one of these before shooting.

This review is for the service primarily. I went at 1:00 PM on a Saturday and there were only 2 employees there. Several customers had ordered and were waiting on their smoothies. There was one person in line ahead of me. It took several minutes for them to take her order and then they went to make her smoothie, rather than take my order as well. They barely even acknowledged that there was anyone else in line. By the time I ordered, there were others behind me and I saw the same thing repeated. The smoothie was excellent, but they either need to hire more workers for a Saturday afternoon or figure out a way to expedite the order taking. A review is about the total package and that is why it only gets 2 stars from me!

This Juice It Up in South Corona is my new home for juicing during the week. Freshly squeezed juices with friendly staff, that adds up to a great combination. Very similar to the great mixes they produce here. They have the Refresher, Rejuvenator, the Awakener, Immunizer, Energizer, Detoxifier, and the Healthy Heart. All these great drinks will give you energy and a boost during the day.
If you are a juicer like me, and you live or work in Corona, try this Juice it Up for some delicious, sweet, fresh mixes.

This Juice It Up is right next to Golden Spoon. It was cold and rainy morning, but for some reason I was still in the mood for a cold smoothie or froyo. GS was closed still so, smoothie it is. It was the first time I was at this JIU.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and how are you. I waited for a minute while the lady was serving the guy ahead of me.
Hmm, Mighty Mango for me with memory boost (been overworked as of late, maybe this will help me multi-​task a little).
My smoothie was made fairly quick. I noticed they have loyalty rewards, snapped that up. Anything to save a buck or two down the road. As I left she wished me a good day.
Nothing like good Asian courtesy. Seems like this location is owner operated franchise since there are no high school kids behind the counter, like other places.

Parking: 3
Pros: service is a plus and location is nearby other eateries so you can have a meal there and pick up a smoothie here after.
Cons: location can easily be overlooked since store location is sandwiched between GS and Massage Envy.
Overall, definitely a place to come back to. I did pickup a loyalty rewards card, after all.

Wow what a great Juice it Up! They now have a raw juice bar which is an awesome way to start the day! All of their fruits and veggies are all organic and very reasonably priced! This place is going to save me the time it takes and the mess I make to juice every morning, thanks Juice it Up!!! I think I have found my new morning stop!
