This store truly needs to just be a bra store. With that said, they have the «buy one get one half-off» problem is… you can rarely find a same bra in the same size so you get stuck with a bra you know you’re hardly ever going to wear just to get the better deal.
The employees of LB stores are usually not in any way friendly.
The product other than the bras are such low quality and in no way designed for plus size women. Let me be the buyer, I’d dress us all as were meant to be dressed!
I’ve purchased better clothes at Walmart. For a quarter of the price with better quality and style.
2stars is a gift LB, don’t take my kindness as a weakness

I shop at Layne Bryant now and again. It’s a great place to find bras that I like, but clothes, not so much. Who ever does their buying does not understand how to dress to look slimmer, so I hardly find clothes there that I like, other than T-Shirts. After all, this is a store for plus sized women, who need help looking slimmer. They carry lots of items that would actually accentuate your larger frame! Come on! I do better shopping at Macy’s in the Women’s section. They are very pricey, also.

Love Love Love this LB! The girls are outstanding! They are always offering to help me out when I go in there. I’ve never had a problem, and I’ve been shopping at this store now for over 5 yrs. They have a new management team, the girls are great! I’m always telling anyone and everyone that shops at LB to visit this store. I’m always leaving with a big smile on my face: D

Great clothes, but the customer service was awful. I tried to return something purchased online and was told to go to this store to have it sent back, but the woman behind the counter refused and said I was misinformed. I called the customer service number and they said that she was wrong, that she should have helped me, so I called her back and she again refused, very rudely. I will go to any other Lane Bryant but this one from now on.

My wife likes to shop here… I’m in the parkinglot out front… guess I don’t need to buy a bra.
I give the place 4 stars because my wife looks good in their clothes and their staff is really helpful, on the odd occasions I get drug in by the Mrs.
Super helpful thing… lets say you find something you like but they dont have it in the right size… not a problem, they mail you the correct size FOR FREE. And it usually comes in 3 – 4 days, so they are super prompt.
