How about someone teach the girls at the print counter to find a file on a flash drive. Twice she checked — that’s 2 times! Bringing it back stating there is nothing on it. So I come home to find the one file in the entire drive is there. Now I have to drive to FedEx, because why would I go back to staples to deal with the same stupidity! I was there earlier in the day, couldn’t find one person to come help me find what I was looking for. Target solved that issue. Seriously people!

Giving this staples only one star because they don’t have a self serve kiosk so you can print from your own flash drive. You have to give your flash, thumb drive to the clerk, let them scan through all your shit, and IMPORTANTPERSONAL files to find the one you need. Then they make you come behind the counter to verify the file. So if you have tax papers or health papers or banking, anything, you have these people going through all of it. Will never use them again. They need to get with the 21st century and add a thumb drive access to the copy center area.

I don’t know what it is about this Staples. Any time I go in I never see anyone at the registers. Same is usually true when I go to check out. Today, I just went in to return something and sure enough, no one at the registers. I didn’t even see anyone in the store. It seemed like they were still closed. Finally a clerk emerged from somewhere in the store with a customer and proceeded to the checkout. A transaction that should have taken 30 seconds turned into almost 5 minutes! As I stepped-up to the register I told her I just wanted to return the 2 items I had(with receipt and still in the Staples bag from when I purchased them a few days prior). She seemed perplexed, but finally got the transaction going. When she opened the drawer to give me my money back(just over $ 40.00), she went blank. She had no $ 20 bills and was trying to figure out how to make the amount out of smaller bills. Really? Then, after finally mustering-up the correct amount, she still wanted me to take the empty Staples bag! This store has a good selection of office products and seems generally clean, but I think there needs to be more focus on staffing and training. Maybe I just caught this woman on a bad day, but that still doesn’t explain why there never seems to be anyone around and, after reading some other reviews on this particular store, I’m not the only one that’s had experience.

This store is under new management. I got a new phone yesterday. They were very knowledgeable. They price matched for the Samsung 5 I wanted. They had a great trade in for my old phone. Helped me pick a new phone plan with Verizon that saved me money.

Run down and in desperate need of a makeover! Maybe I am spoiled with the brand new one located by my house in Menifee, but this one sucks! Love Staples, not impressed with this one!

When does Staples go off? Surely there’s a time when a mob is grinding through the joint. Every time I’m there I miss the action. It’s just me, one person at the counter, some supplies, and another person meandering about. I’m never there on Friday nights. Maybe that’s when it’s poppin. I’ll give it a shot.

Where you can go get all your office supplies. Easy to find supply and the employee are really helpful.

Just like your average Staples. They didn’t have what we were looking for, but one of the salesladies treated us nicely when we asked her the question.
