This food truck has the absolute best pulled pork I have ever eaten in my entire life y’all! Let me tell you, Officer Bates is the owner and he is super kind, hard working, and one heck of a BBQ Smoker! Smokin’ Guns has a new sandwich called The Shotgun. It has smoked bologna, pulled pork, brisket, and sausage; you’ll need a fork, knife, and probably a bib for that monster. The loaded baked potatoes Smokin’ Guns offers are simply out of this world delicious, too. Catering needs? No problem! Smokin’ Guns has you covered. Lunch or dinner for a crowd? Again, no problem because you can purchase BBQ by the pound & sides in large quantities from Smokin’ Guns. Do yourself a favor and stop by this BBQ food truck for lunch or dinner. If you’re too busy to leave home, work, school, etc., Smokin’ Guns will come to you because they deliver!

You’re in Texas, middle of nowhere Texas, what do you do? Stop at the first food truck/smoker you can and get BBQ. I went sausage, and of course brisket. Wolfing it down in my car, in the parking lot, listening to LCD Soundsystem was probably a first for their clientele. The sausage left something to be desired and left me wishing I had gone pork or chicken. It was a bit dry and lacked the robust moist flavor that a well smoked sausage should. The brisket was on the other bud was very good. Good cuts w/a nice fatty strip to enhance the flavor were served warm and heartily. A BBQ sauce is served w/your meal that is more tangy than hot, and adds an extra richness to the brisket in addition to your traditional Texas smoked brisket flavor, don’t shy away from the red sauce in the ramekin. The beans are sweet, probably laced w/brown sugar, but served hot and are a necessary addition to any gas station BBQ. The quality is higher than the price, and the price is right, if you’re passing through, it’s worth the stop.

Smokin’ Guns is my new favorite BBQ joint in Navarro County! The portions are huge, I had the Loaded Gun, a Frito pie combo with brisket, beans, onions, cheese, and jalapeños. Well over a pound of food with a sweet tea for under 10 bucks! Looking through the menu ALL of the plates and specialty items are priced great! You can either order to go or eat in the store, its not fancy, but you are there to eat BBQ not watch TV. Your first time eating here wont be your last!

This was my first time to Smokin’ Guns and i will be back for more. I had a loaded baked potato. It was over flowing with butter, sour cream, cheese, brisket and BBQ sauce. It weighed at least 2 lbs. It was excellent! I could only eat half of it. I can’t wait to go back and try their other food.

Went here for the first time last week. Had chopped beef sandwich. Meat was tender and sauce was good. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu. Food is served from a trailer to go. I’ve heard they open the inside store for seating but I’ve never seen it open.

Great food and friendly service as well a great prices. They serve BBQ out of a trailer but have a place inside if you want to sit down and eat. Next time I am in Corsicana I’ll stop by here again for some good BBQ.
