Worst retail experience ever! We bought a floor sample product because it was the last one available. We asked specifically if we could return it and were told that we could return it within 30 days with the original receipt. After about one week we decided that we wanted to return it, that it wasn’t worth the money. We went to return it at the store today with the original receipt and were told that we were given the wrong information. They will not take back floor samples items and there was nothing they would do about it. She actually said that the guy who sold it to us was not a regular employee of there’s and he must not have known! DONOTSHOPHERE! Horrible customer service!

iF ZEROSTARSWEREPOSSIBLE… Worst experience ever. I think you can find most everything they sell at ½ the price anywhere… CUSTOMERSERVICEWITHTHESEGUYSISANOXYMORON. Online store charged me 11% sales tax !!! My order was placed 12 days ago they advertise 5 to 7 days to deliver… guess what still isnt here dont shop there I only did cause someone gave me a groupon… what a waiste. They are way over priced. They lie. They don’t seem to CARE

This is a great store! I purchased a Bluetooth Keyboard case with a keyboard. It was very easy to set up and connect to my Ipad. The sales associates are very helpful! GREATSTOREANDGREATEMPLOYEES! I believe the managers name is Gerlie. She is very helpful and I love her enthusiastic personality! Thank you Brookstone. I definitely will be shopping here in the future.

I received a gift from this Brookstone, it was ordered from there online store, however, the person who gave it to me was told that if there was any problem with the item the Corte Madera store would take it back with no questions and issue a refund. I went into the Corte Madera store and the«Assistant Manager Josh» looked at me like I was speaking a foreign tongue. He did not know the store policy and told I had to send it back to Brookstone. I explained that I was told I could bring it back to the store, but he just glared at me. Finally another«Assistant Manager» stepped in and called Brookstone customer service. He confirmed they could take the return. However, he need to get an ok from customer service and have the original credit card in the store to credit it back, even though the item was unused in the original packaging with the receipt. This store is filled with crap from China, the sales people are untrained and rude, and I will never shop there again!!! Brookstone will go the way of Sharper Image and soon become a soap store. Don’t waste your money buying more landfill.

Okay, here’s the deal. Last minute Holiday shopping. Trying to buy for someone who is extremely hard to buy for. What does he want? What does he need? Being close to 80 years old and a genius is not something I am familiar with. So, I wandered into Brookstone. Now, it appears as though this is a recent addition to the mall, as it didn’t have a completely«finished» feeling inside the store. But the sales people were helpful and I found an item I thought would work(Tempurpedic slippers $ 49.99). Well, I was wrong. My fiancé said, «I think he got slippers last year. Don’t get them.» Okay… now it’s time to return. But I can’t find the slip! I just bought them 2 hours ago! The sales manager was EXTREMELY helpful and was in the giving mood, as they allowed me to return them only because the sales person found their copy of the slip. Thank you! I will definitely be back. I really want to N.A.P. blanket and I would LOVE to have the robe… Thanks, guys!
