Been here twice and never coming back the only Starbucks in the country that tastes terrible… I’m upset I have to give them at least one star smh

If I could give them negative stars I would have, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The drive thru takes slow service to all new low. What can’t anything in the town of Cortlandt be nice. I have been waiting at the drive thru for over 15 minutes and haven’t even placed my order yet. If I wasn’t stuck between cars I would be across the street at dunkin doughnuts. I will never go to this Starbucks again.

Worst Starbucks. The only one in the area aside from the Yorktown location… What a shame. We arrived at 3:30PM and did not leave until 4:00pm. I ordered a black tall coffee, my husband ordered a black coffee made in their clover machine, the order was forgotten about until the staff was reminded. There are 4 people behind the counter not including the drive thru employee taking those orders. I NEVER review places, but this was just terrible. They need a new staff pronto!

I wish there was an option to give negative stars. There were two people ahead of me in the drive thru. I ordered an Americano and a pumpkin scone(not warmed). It took 14 minutes — seriously, 14 minutes! When it was finally my turn at the window to pick up my drink, they didn’t even open the window… they just kept it closed until my order was ready, gave me the food and drink and THEN took my payment. Inexperienced(I know it’s a new store, but they couldn’t get ANYONE to transfer in?) Barista’s that could care less about customers or the Starbucks brand. Will never, ever go back… does anyone have a link where I can provide this review directly to Starbucks?

This starbucks is horrible!!! I always have to wait like 20 minutes at the drive thru. I went in one day to see if it was faster, it wasn’t and it was messy! I was so excited for this starbucks to open and I am very disappointed!!! They make the drinks wrong and then tell me that’s how it’s made!

This place makes Starbucks look so bad. I’ve been there twice and I think I’m done. Despite the fact that it’s a very convenient location it is run by very inexperienced young people. There seems to be no manager and no form of knowledge about anything. The first time I went in it took me about 30 mins to order and get my coffee maybe more and it was a cup of syrup(I got a pumpkin spice latte) I had to have them make me a new one. I saw a lot of other people get their drinks and be dissatisfied. Today I went again and I ordered a tea. Pretty simple. I ordered first and then my friend ordered a tea as well about 10 mins later. He got his right away but that was after they had to ask three different workers which tea was decaf. Then I had to remind him to get me mine which he went to make iced and I reminded him was hot. He then didn’t know which tea was black tea. Unreal!

Okay… old building gone… new construction… and behold it’s a STARBUCKS! Ambiance is nice, bright and spacious! No cozy comfy chairs here just hard ones. Sunday evening, not much caffeine traffic, but the ratio of staff to customer was higher than normal. I thought maybe it was due to the added feature of a drive through. But this ratio did nothing to the overflowing garbage behind the counter and at the self serve station or to my order or to the lady waiting at my side for more than five minutes to get her order which was messed up. Although, we were served with an apology. I ordered a simple Chai Latte. Which took more than 40 seconds for the teenaged staff to understand… Special request: more tea less milk. What do I get? More milk and less tea!

Ok, you all know what to expect at SBUX in terms of coffee, tea & pastries. Here’s what you need to know about this one in particular. First: This is a brand new building on the former site of a Toyota delaership that was demolished and 2 buildings were built on the site. One houses a Vitamin Shoppe and the other is shared by SBUX and Smashburger. Parking sucks for everyone, probably due to the«newness» factor, so we opted for the drive thru. Second: If you’re going to the drive thru, make sure you have a full tank of gas, otherwise you may find yourself on empty before you get your drink on. Well maybe they’re slow because they’re new, but S-L-O-W is how they roll. Third: I used obscure terms like Small and Medium. Maybe that’s why my order was wrong. Ordered a Med, got a Small. In conclusion, Meh!

Newly built and just opened, this Starbucks seems to have a little more open space than usual. Tables are not in abundance, but they do have an outdoor seating area. Coffee is as expected, getting in and out was easy, and I’m looking forward to making good use of the drive-thru.
