I like bomburger actually. The concept is similar to In N Out in taste but they provide options for additional stuff such as bacon. I am sold when you sell me bacon lol. The bomb sauce is quite delicious. I don’t think the fries are that good but then again I don’t like In N Out fries too. Oh they also have the option of adding eggs to your order… well damn I am beyond sold now lol. Just imagine a double double with bacon and an egg… now you have my perfect lunch. The complex is relatively small in terms of parking but each time I’ve gone it wasn’t that busy. The customer service is nice. I took my time with my order and they were more than patient which I love greatly.

My idea of a bomb burger is maybe 1⁄3 pound patty at least. This was a hockey puck that vaguely taste like in n out. Fries are weak. Prices are high. Enter at ur own risk. Just saying.

This joint is pretty legit. It has the burger feel of In-n-out, with the fries of burger king, and the ambiance of the Habit… The Burger is decent enough, flatgrill, fresh produce, I don’t know about«medium, medium well, etc.» here because like most fast food chains, the burger meat is just too thin to make-to-order. The fries are crispy, fresh, and hot. Not much more you can ask for. They taste identical to Jack in the Box, or Burger King regular fries… I have yet to try the chili, season fries, or onion rings, i’ll make it a point to check out those items next time… maybe even get some to go with my Banzai Bowl… Overall decent place, a little high on the price($ 8.99 for the double cheese burger combo) but they do have a «bomb deal» which is weekdays 11am-4pm, Burger, Fries, and Drink for $ 5.99(regular $ 6.99). This is like the«surfer, bro, Newport beach» version of In-n-out to put it easy. BTW, does the logo look a lot like the Gamestop logo!!!

Great concept, good food. The staff have been preoccupied the times Im there and seam a little cloudy. Looks like a kewl hang out type place but the staff dont seam to welcoming. I dropped my sunglasses at the counter and the young lady put them in the lost and found till I went looking. She didnt ask us or the other two customers if we dropped our glasses? That really surprised and annoyed me. Over all the experience was fair and probably was not good enough to bring us back.

Came here during my lunch break. Very casual place, they had one girl working who mustve been bored because she was reading a book. I used to work at a food place and used to do the same on slow days. But good trickle of people coming in and out. The girl was very nice. Had a breakfast burger which was meh. The curly fries were pretty normal too. I would say this place is pretty average. Good design and marketing concepts though.

A lot better than I expected. Ordered a cheeseburger with a cup of chili on the side. Yums! I slathered the chili on top of each bite and sometimes with the bomb sauce. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area for cheeseburger + chili combo.

Bomburger is a hamburger joint in Costa Mesa and who stands out through their use of atomic bombs and tanks throughout their logo and décor. The service here was helpful as we had never been here before. They went over the menu and pricing and made suggestions. The food is that of your run of the mill hamburger joints: burgers, dogs, chicken sandwiches with fries and onion rings. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with no tomato and it was good but very thin. The chicken itself hardly filled the bun and felt a bit lacking. Everyone else we were with had burgers and they seemed to enjoy them for the most part although none of us were blown away. Where the food may be lacking however is where their concoction they call bomb sauce comes into play. I am not sure what is in this but it was flavorful, spicy and added a new dimension to the food. Although I only tried a small bit on the side, a co-worker of mine basically doused his food in it. The bombs and tanks hanging and painted on the menu boards really give this place a unique look that is all its own. I would probably be back if I happened to be in the area but I probably wouldn’t make a trip just to eat here. Despite the sauce and unique décor the place simply doesn’t hold up against other food places of this type in my eyes. Try it for yourself and don’t forget the bomb sauce.

Very conveniently located in a strip mall, it’s tough for Bomburger to stick out in the saturated market of fast food joints. That being said: it’s nothing special, but an A-OK casual place for a decent burger. Their bomb sauce is pretty good and has a nice kick to it. I enjoyed my burger and onion ring combo. There’s a couple TV’s to watch while you eat, but most ppl ordered to-go while I was there.

Bbq bacon burger is their most popular choice. Nothing too fancy or crazy. Very causal place.

Good job bomburger, you blew me away. I’m a fan of neat burgers, with the gold standard being in-n-out. Sometimes you need a little more variety than a double double. Bomburger gives you a neat burger with optional toppings(egg, bacon, jalapeños, grilled/raw onions, etc). Their menu also boasts a variety of chicken favorites as well as a veggie burger for those not feeling a bovine treat. Fries are available skinny or curly, onion rings too. Those sides were ok, nothing awe inspiring. They do have what’s called bombsauce, which tasted like del taco mild sauce(peppery kick to it). That’s actually not a bad thing… I kinda like it. Price point was great, good standard lunch deal for 5 bucks. Overall, I shall return.

So I ordered their Chili cheese burger and let me tell you their Chili is really bomb so good! They even had veggie burgers for my vegan roomie. High 5 for that! The place is pretty roomy and very clean.

This huge menu caught my attention as we were heading to another restaurant for lunch. I see chicken sandwich plastered on the board and that beckoned us to give it a try. The chicken was super tender and the fact that it was the chicken breast, made it that much more pleasant. Either get it with teriyaki, barbecue or the original which comes with thousand island or leave it alone so you can dip it in the ‘bomb sauce’. Even though it’s called shoe string fries they taste and look just like the Mc Donald’s fries. The entire meal was delicious and the peppery bomb sauce is probably the best bet. I love the fact that they offer wheat buns too. I can’t say much about the other items on the menu, but I know for sure any of the chicken fingers are frozen, because I saw them take it out from the freezer. They’re located in the same shopping center with Chixy Natural and the infamous Banzai Bowl. The parking can be a bit tight, but the turnover of parking spaces is tolerable.
