Great good. staff and management. Feels like family when I place my order at the counter or at the drive thru.

Much better since a month ago food looks great staff is nice and the food looks fresh

I always use the drive –through and so far I haven’t had any bad experiences. The food is excellent always. But sometimes I do notice that the mac & cheese is more watery sometimes. However everything is good! I like this location. Workers are always nice.

Wow. Would have been 0 stars if I could give that. We just got our money back and walked out. There was hardly anyone in there. I ordered a combo meal and asked for beans instead of rice. They brought out the wrong order so I brought it back up and told the supervisor — an older woman. I checked the receipt and it said the correct thing so someone in back messed up. I waited for 5 – 10 minutes as my husband ate his meal then went back to the counter expecting my food. I waited a few more minutes before realizing they had not even started my plate. I called the supervisor over and asked where my food was. She realized nothing was being made and apologized. I agreed to wait another few minutes as they finished. Then my plate came out — it was wrong again! At that point I asked for a refund and we got the hell out of there. Definitely not coming back.

I can’t believe I am writing review for my super quick dinner but I had to cause I was so happy with my dinner. I got a couple of chicken breast with tortillas beans and rice and it was super delicious. Everything tastes so fresh and yummy. My husband also got something he really enjoyed (not sure what he got;)) but all and all I’m excited to go back again when we need a quick and delicious dinner. Oh and fed our family of 4 for $ 20 bucks. Can’t beat that:)

Love this Pollo loco. Fast drive thru. Staff is very friendly and respectful. They give you extra sauce with out counting the packages.

Grabbed a quick lunch here since I have been craving some crazy chicken.
The BRC are a lot smaller than I remember them from my high school days; I wish they were more generous with the cheese. The taquito was not so good. It was dry and old. They should use flour rather than corn tortillas and make flautas. Mac n cheese was average as well.
Hummm… maybe I should eat their chicken next time!

This El Pollo Loco knows how to cook their chicken! They cook it til it’s grilled perfectly on the outside and juicy on the inside. They also put more lemon on the chicken and it tastes so much better than the other locations. They give you whatever you need, extra sauces, onions, lemons, cilantro etc. They know how to get down!
If you want to order something other than the pieces of chicken, try the salads. I like the original chicken salad or the tostada salads too. That cilantro dressing is a creamy delight. The spicy corn side is good too! I like that they have coupons often to save you some dollars.

I had been craving pollo loco for months since I haven’t had it in years. Food was okay and it kinda got ruined because of the faces the employees were making. You know the one the «I hate my job and hurry up and order» face. What ever happened to being greeted by a smile and a hello?

I haven’t been to an El Pollo Loco in years but decided to go since I had a coupon. My sister and I split the meal for two: 4 pieces of grilled chicken, 3 sides, 2 salads and 2 churros. For $ 10 for two for a complete meal, the price was great.
We ate inside. When we received our order, one of our side orders were wrong. I brought it up to the counter and they quickly replaced it and let us keep the extra side.
I really like that they have a serve yourself salsa bar with all sorts of fresh toppings and salsa as well as to go containers.
The crowd inside was a little eclectic. My sister and I got talked to by a few people and it made us a little uncomfortable… They kept interrupting our meal.
Overall, the food was good and the service was great. Great prices for healthier fast food. I would recommend driving thru or taking your order to go!

Associate was relatively passive aggressive and was rushing us when ordering. Order was considerably quick. The lady didnt give me and my family and utensils though. Had to eat our mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with bare hands. Not a good time.

«Shocked» is pretty much the only word I can use to express my experiences. The past three times I have gone have been unpleasant! The first two were at other locations, but they did the same exact thing! They were taking a long, long time getting my order (it was just an order for one person), but they asked me back up my car and then drive forward again to reset their thing. Um, okay? I guess. The first place that made me do this, well, the girl had a major attitude when she told me (not asked me, but told me) to move my car. The second time at the second location the girl was friendlier, but good grief! But this last time, oh man! The girl Avila (I think that was her name) was HORRIBLE! She gave me the food in the drive thru and by the time I went to thank her and ask for napkins and a lemon, she had closed the window and walked away. I literally had just received the food bag in my hand and she disappeared! Then, one of the two tacos I ordered was super soggy and falling apart. I had received the food from the drive thru and drove to the next parking lot to eat it. It wasn’t like I waited 30 minutes. The first taco was soggy and icky. So I immediately opened the second one. Thankfully, it was fine! Like a normal taco. I wonder how long the first one had been sitting there waiting for someone to order it because it was soggy! That’s gross. Really gross and rather disappointing.

Service was strong. No lines, took our order quick/​precisely, friendly as can be and food was ready minutes after we sat down. Food was top notch (As top notch as fast food can be) and so delicious I forgot it was fast food. I was against going to El Pollo Loco at first but could not have been more wrong. Looking forward to my next casual visit in the VERY near future. Parking was plentiful and drive thru seemed fairly empty.
For a Fast Food restaurant it was surprising and deserves a FAST FOOD 5 star rating.

Update: New Cashier working the Drive Thur window and taking orders. Her name is Dannielle I believe. She has taken my last few orders via drive through and she is always courteous and helpful. She is always smiling and double checking with me to make sure she has my order correct. Much improvement and I am happy for it.
The food is the same as all the locations. However, they always seem to get my order wrong. They must not like me because I’ve been there a dozen times and about half the time the food I get is not what I ordered.

This Pollo Loco seems better than some of the others nearby or at least better than the one on Bristol, just passed Birch. Food is about the same, but service is better and faster at this one. Parking is tight and good luck if drive thru is busy and you parked near the entrance. Employees are friendly.

Don’t ask me what my options are if you’re just going to give me whatever you want not what I ordered!!! Being at lunch and you getting my order wrong makes me an unhappy customer.

You are a chicken restaurant. Plan accordingly.

I have eaten there MANY times and that was I am basing my reviews on.
The food is GREAT! The best chicken around… The new items are always creative and taste well also…
But what really takes this place over the top is the service. Stemming from Jesus (the manager) to EVERYONE there… They are always very polite with a smile on their faces.
The combination of great food, great management and great service equals 5 Stars!

I went there once, just the small side of macaroni was all watery and terrible! I went there the next time hoping their sides would be better? it didn’t change –_​_​–
