Store locked with no one inside during their normal business hours. Sign said they’d be back by 3:25… They weren’t. I had enough time to sit outside all call around for the product I wanted. I managed to find the product I wanted at a nearby shop for $ 30 less than I would have spent at GNC. If you’re planning on going here… Don’t. Go to Nutrishop a few blocks down the street, they’re less expensive and actually open when they say they are.

This is ridiculous! 20 minutes before closing they leave the store locked with no one attending. This is the second time today.

Newport Beach, CA
The manager here was very friendly a few months back and gave me a big discount on Met-​RX Metamyosyn protein packs. I noticed this week that they were expired already. Went back into store and manager was not willing to exchange them. Poor customer service. He could have easily kept a customer happy and sent them back to Met-​Rx.
