2 of the 3 guys don’t seem to have any sense of customer service! I went in today and the way one of them treated I felt like throwing away my suits!!! First he didn’t answer my question on alteration and when I asked other person he said that he had already answered that. Well he did not! And moreover he was making comments on my online account which was the mess created by recent overhaul of their site. He didn’t know how to find an order online and was blaming on me that I had too many online accounts. I am a savvy online customer and I knew he knows nothing about it. They weren’t good at other customers either that I saw in the store. What an example of rude customer service at a medium to little bit high end clothing store.

Everybody at this store is great. Chris, in particular, has set me up with some great suits, shirts, and ancillaries for my many business environments, always taking into account my needs(i.e. meetings with East Coast financial folks verse Silicon Valley types) and my personal style. Many kudos and thanks to Chris and the rest of the guys at this store.

My dude Alexander was super helpful dialing in my dad and I. Got our measurements and all the info we needed so that we would be lookin’ extra sharp for my sister’s wedding. In n’ out in under 15 minutes, we can’t wait to order our suits. Now my pops just has to slim down a little bit and I gotta bulk up haha. Awesome experience, this is how customer service should be.

I got married in October and went to Joseph A Bank 5 months prior to the wedding to set up my tuxedo rentals for the groomsmen and my husband. At our first visit, we were turned away because there was no manager on site to assist with tuxedo rentals. At our second visit, the same associate who turned us away was instructed to do the order. This associate(apparently aware of his incompetence due to his turning us away the first time) was extremely slow and untrained. He was asking management a multitude of questions during the order, and missed part of the order which was brought to his attention by my husband. After that torturous experience, we forwarded the group info to the groomsmen and informed them that they had 3 months to obtain their measurements. Well one of the guys went down to a different location(Irvine) and got fitted. Their sales associate was unable to locate the group number or my husbands info. This of course resulted in multiple calls in from my husband. Many people answering the phones were unable to produce explanations for this loss of information. It was an extreme burden which lead to a great deal of stress. Which no one wants to experience when planning a wedding. Then when it came time to pick up the tuxedos. My husbands jacket was too short. Did I mention we were getting married out of state. The store was able to return the jacket and order another one but due to the time restraints due to travel time, which the store was aware of upon initial contact, my husband was unable to try it on prior to leaving the state. The store in Irvine completely lost a groomsmen’s order and his tuxedo was due to arrive 3 hours after their designated departure time from California. This was such a horrific experience and by far the most tremendous stressor of my out of state, destination wedding. I was extremely disappointed with the service received and will absolutely not be recommending this company to anyone.

Bought my first suit from Jacob. He was great! I never was pressured to buy the most expensive suit and wasnt forced to buy other items. Based on my experience, I will be back! Thank you for having a friendly store.

Great friendly staff. For those who enjoy the brand as I dp you know the quality is always there so the only thing you can judge on is service and alterations and the jacket I bought today did not need any alterations.
