Where is the no stars, first of all we pay more money for shrimp and we only get one shrimp? Are you serious ! Secondly Jazmin needs to go every time I come here she’s always making faces being rude as well and I don’t know if she acts like she doesn’t hear you honestly get it together Panda Express, hire better people to work there !

They are trained to give small portions by taking such small scoops they need to take a third but it’s still not two good scoops like at some better locations and not just once they have been doing it for years. I wouldn’t know better if I hadn’t have five star service at other locations. Additionally the Orange Chicken has more batter and meatless pieces than all other locations I have visited. Huntington also has fell short over the years but not like this location Skimpy portions again today, I shouldn’t have to harass the person working there to get a decent portion.

Worse Panda Express. Workers are really slow, and they always seem to be understaffed. Took me like half an hour to get my food with 15 minutes waiting in line. The workers don’t even help you right away when it’s your turn

The staff here are completely rude, and make the entire experience suck. The portions are small and their out of most items. I would stay away from this on and just make the drive to another location. We will never be back

Worst Panda Express I have ever been too. I waited over 7 minutes to get attended, and at least 3 employees were just standing around and avoided the line of 5 people. The girl that finally helped me out seemed so rude and gave me attitude and was stingy with the portions of food. Every Panda Express I’ve been to is amazing with portions and packs on the food. After I payed and dealt with more attitude, the lady waiting behind me in line tapped my shoulder and told me that specific employee is so rude and said«she hates me» Terrible to know your employees show that they dislike customers. Not coming back.

This was the worst panda express I have ever eatten at. I had 2 item combo with half & half rice chow main. As soon as put the rice in my mouth I regretted putting it in my mouth. The chow main was super dry, and the shrimp which I paid $ 1.25 extra for was soggy. The cashier who helped me tried the rice and said they were gonna make more. But continued to serve it to new customers. I was given the options of have white rice or brown. Or wait 10 for the new batch of rice. The manager saw me waiting and gave me some fresh shrimp. What a difference in the taste. That’s the only reason I’m giving a two star rating or they would have 1 star. Don’t eat there ever.

Do not eat here!!! I came here on Saturday at night time the little asain lady was so rude and was in a hurry even tho there where only like 3 other people. The chew main was also hard. They need to hire some new people and fire the people that work there now because obviously they don’t like there jobs as they seem to be so unhappy.

Service was horrible. Workers were so robotic when asking what you wanted. The one worker who finished serving me didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else besides a drink. Then to top it off, she starts a conversation with an employee who is sitting down and eating her lunch. Wow! It was like going through an assembly line during WW2! Just horrible

How could a place that serves Chinese food run out of soy sauce on a Saturday night almost canceled my order, but already paid for my food and didn’t want to make a scene. There was a line behind me and did not want to hold up the line. Wish I knew they ran out of Soy Sauce ahead of time would of come back another time. Another thing is the portions are so small it’s not worth the money. I used to love it at panda express now my heart is set for some place else.

Last night was the worst service I’ve ever had at any chain. I’ll list out the reasons: 1. Even though it was 7:30 and there was a line out the door, 2 of their employees decided to take their 15 minute breaks at the same time and leave the store short staffed. Everything took so long that I was still waiting for my food by the time they were back. 2. One of the two employees taking a break grabbed a bowl and picked all of the chicken out of the green bean chicken and took it to the back to eat. I was going to order that, but not if there wasn’t any chicken included. 3. They were out of nearly everything. This wasn’t helped by the fact that one of the employees that decided to take their break was one of the cooks. This left one guy(who was clearly new) struggling to try to make food for the whole store. 4. Between the extremely slow moving line and have to wait for them to make some of the items I ordered, it was nearly 20 minutes after I walked in that I received my food. Just terrible service all around.

Okay, so here is an update. I’m on the 55 fwy, gps said 16 mins. I called in my order. Expecting my order to be ready. Apparently, that’s not enough time for these lemmings to get it right. Oh, please read on, it gets better! So I get in line to pay and there was another customer in front of me. He paid, left… my turn. «Jocelyn B.»(According to the receipt), greeted me and asked how can she help. I told her I’m picking up for«Ted»(name I use because if they can’t get my order right, what makes you think they’ll understand how to spell my name? Seriously, come on!). Jocelyn looked clueless until the person who took my phone order told her that«he’s the phone order.» Thanks for clearing that up for her. Jocelyn then proceeds to go «ooohhhh» then starts scooping the rest of my order. Again, I wait for my food at the Panda Express cashier line. So Jocelyn eventually gets my order complete and proceeds to ring me up. She asks the usual questions such as would you like a drink, I say no, would you like a side(can’t remember exactly what was offered, but you get my point), I say no, then she asks would you like to donate to blah blah blah. I say no.(You know I was thinking damn it, I called in my order so I wouldn’t have to wait, hurry up…) Jocelyn then looks at me and asks«Are you having a bad day?» WTF? I had never heard anybody ask me that… This is awesome! An idiot with zero customer service skills is asking me for immediate feedback?! Gladly… I chuckled because her question shocked me. It really did, I’ll give her that. Then I said«I’m annoyed, I called in my order so I wouldn’t have to wait. And I’m waiting…» Jocelyn then says«well, sometimes when you call in you still have to wait». LOL, holy crap this girl is special. I think she’s missing the entire concept of phone orders. I really do. So I respond, «I placed my phone order at least 10 mins ago, and that’s sufficient amount of time». Jocelyn then opens her mouth to say something extra special I’m sure but I cut her off and told her that«it’s should have been enough time to have my order ready». It was at least 16 mins, closer to 18 mins in reality. Should have been ready already and walked away. Are my food and chow mein was like scraps. Whatever. Who cares about the food at this point… I call the store to speak to a manager. Call gets passed on to Barbara. She picks up and asks what would you like to order? I swear she did. Lol it was an honest mistake but wasn’t funny at the time. Anyways, she went to a more quiet place to speak to me regarding my experience. I tell her my story blah blah blah. Offers to replace a meal. I declined and asked to just train her coworkers and that this always happen. Then she offered my entire bill. Nice, but what we really want is good customer service. And these ppl wanna complain about the minimum wage. Try learning how to do your job. with a little customer service. Negative stars if Unilocal allowed… There is nothing fast about this fast food place. Been here many times and the customer service simply does not exist. Always has a long wait. Today, I decided to call in my order to see if it sped things up. It didn’t. Called and placed order, lady asked when, told her I’ll be there in 5 mins.(I lied and gave them an extra 5 mins before I arrived) and she said it would be ready. I arrive and of course there was a huge line of hangry people. Why? Because there was no more chow mein and the chef was in the process of making it. Why didn’t they start earlier? Because they don’t think. Why doesn’t the server tell the chef when food is low? Because they don’t think either. So, this place is just full of incompetent people who don’t know what they are doing.

Mayra gives out tiny portions. Wait for someone else to serve you up or else you’ll be leaving hungry. The last 2 times she has served me i ended paying for an extra portion because what she gave me was so skimp. I frequent this place at least 4 – 5 times a month.

Very unhappy. MARY who works there dropped the styrofoam tray for the entrees on the floor and then picked it up and tried to use it for my husbands food. Then she gave my plate to someone else behind me. Then she kept giving us dirty looks! She needs to be written up, retrained or better yet FIRED! You never use a tray from the disgusting floor. Throw it away!!! We have problems with this same woman every time we come here!!!

Apparently they cook only 1 pot of brown rice a day, so if you decide on getting some later in the day, know that it’s been sitting in the pot. Whatever rice we were served was overcooked and dried out. There was a long line in front of us because they were out of almost everything, and a long line out the door because no one was moving. We ended up getting whatever food was available to expedite the horrendous process. Once done, they had no forks, knives, or spoons available. Let’s just call this place Slow Panda and call it a day.

Can’t complain, at all about this place — the price is very friendly, the staff is eager to help, and the food feels quite healthy for Chinese cuisine. Not sure how you could make this operation better for what you pay at the register. Great job, Panda. :P

Don’t get me wrong I love Panda Express but every single time I go to this location not only do they pay no attention to the accumulated trash and how dirty the place is, they never have food readily available. I’ve had to wait for the food I want every single time. And it’s not a short wait either, try 15 – 30 minutes. If there was a different one closer to me I’d never go back.

Never coming back to this location, had to wait 10 minutes for them to replace the mushroom chicken. I’m actually a patient person, and would not have been bothered, but the place was like an oven inside and i don’t do heat very well.

Very disappointed… Very small portions compared to other Pandas. The one in Von’s was way to busy so went here will not be back. Order to go and did not notice until I went to eat. No fortune cookie in the bag.

Real talk — I’ve had buffet style Chinese food that’s WAAYY worse than this! You always get tons of food at a Panda, and it always seems to be pretty fresh. Now, I’m not afraid to pop for the«special» items for an extra 50 cents or a dollar, like the angus steak or the shrimp… but I always seem to go back to one item on every visit — the Kung Pao Chicken! Totally addicted to the blackened chili peppers. Granted the only time I go to a Panda Express is when I’m in a time crunch and other non-chain options aren’t nearby, but it has never been a major disappointment. I just wish that there was a place to grab some sauces so I didn’t have to ask at the register every time I had a craving for another packet of hot mustard.
