When the guys are working it’s very good and they know what they are doing
But when the girl is working its a disaster she doesn’t know any thing about her job and she has major Attitude and she changes prices in you like it’s the thing to do … After she tells you a thing all of the sudden the prices go up like no one

The negative reviews are way too dramatic. People, it’s Pizza Hut. You should know what to expect from the food. That said, the wings at this location are amazing. Some of the best in Costa Mesa. Def my go to spot. On Wednesdays, you even get a slight discount on wings.
It’s best to order online or thru the app. I’ve never had a problem when doing so as this is a take out only location.
Last, but most importantly, Dylan is the man! He always has a smile, asks how you’re doing, and never forgets to offer pepper, ranch, plates etc. His customer service is 5 stars. I hope ownership reads this and makes him a manager or at least hits him with a raise, which he has earned in my book. He’s a leader and I would take him on my team in a heartbeat.
Dylan alone, makes this spot worth giving your business to.

Not sure why this place gets such low reviews. I’ve never had a problem here.
LOVE the wings and I order at least once every 1 – 2 weeks. It’s a take-​out only location. always place orders online with the mobile app. pick up is ready within 15 minutes.
Great customer service. Dylan goes above and beyond every single time.

Let me start by saying I love pizza. But last night was ridiculous I tried to order and was in there automated message for 15 min finally gave up on them it shouldn’t take more than 2 min to answer a phone management isn’t doing there job properly.

I love pizza, but there needs to be something done about answering phone calls. I called earlier and no answer for 5 minutes. Yeah, I waited don’t judge me, or do, I don’t care lol
Decided to drive here instead thinking it was busy. Not busy. Placed my order and I am here waiting. Phone’s been going off and has not been answered the entire time :/​
Come on guys and gals, every phone call left unanswered, a person’s heart gets crushed knowing they can’t feast on pizza D:

Service and delivery was awful. It took well over 2 hours from the time I ordered to the time we finally received the pizza. I called the restaurant to check on my order and their response was that they messed up the order. How do you mess up on a pepperoni pizza order?

The most GOD AWFUL service I have EVER experienced. I cant believe that they allow the kind of people that I experienced on the phone today to work for them. And Pizza Hut wonders why Dominos is very quickly trumping Pizza Hut. The topper, not only is their app crap, when I called, the person who answered, said her name was Jessica. and when I asked to speak to a manager, SHE got back on the phone and pretended she was a girl named TIFFANY! Same exact voice. no help. ended up with no pizza, and 45 min of my wasted time. By the time they told me they could not deliver to me (took them 6 min 45 sec of being on the phone for them to tell me it was MY PROBLEM, not theirs that the app doesn’t work. So incredibly rude.
This used to always be my #1 choice regardless of dominos up and coming reputation. and man did they disappoint. I will never order from them for any of my corporate parties or events again.

When you’re craving pizza it’s a great place to go! I don’t know if they starting switching how they made the dough but this last time was not a huge fan! Other than that every time I get Pizza Hut I am usually satisfied!

I never go to Pizza Hut since ceasars is so fast and easy– calling Pizza Hut with a coupon was such a pain in the ass! Called one Pizza Hut and the man couldn’t even speak properly and so we called this one. The young lady had no idea what to do with our coupon when trying to order food to go. She said they do not take coupons– 1) we got it in the mail coupons 2) it said not one thing about address or location but any Pizza Hut. After calling two Pizza Hut locations and being on the phone with two people who did not speak properly or know if they take coupons AND wasting my time I dislike this company. I was trying to order 3 pizza and never had such a problem trying to get dinner!!! Pain in the asss– I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Worst Service Ever!!! No one picks up the phone! They keep you hanging with the stupid voice mail! Weeks after weeks I’ve been waiting for more than ½ hr!
I would not order from then but the meal is for my work crews. The Pizza Hut Corporation needs to look into this!

First opinion was terrible. Parking is very limited, and as a handicapped person, I was very upset to see the Delivery driver parked in handicapped spot. When I spoke to staff inside, they acted like they didn’t know what to do with that information. Didn’t even apologize. Took our food home and it was horrible.

When I ordered 3 medium pizzas and was ready to hang up, dude told me that they have a two-​for-​$ 14 special, so if I wanted a fourth pizza, it would only be like a buck fifty more. Gotta love that!

I made a Unilocal account specifically to leave this review. I waited 10 minutes on hold, just came back from the hospital with my boyfriend who has just broken his hand and wanted some pizza. Finally a woman picked up, I asked if they do delivery and they said no, so I was about to order carry out but she hung up on me. Rude, terrible customer service.

We got our pizza delivered cold and with raw uncooked spinach on top, we ordered spinach as a topping and it came as a salad on top… Terrible! NEVER again!

I’m not sure why this place has low reviews. But I ordered through the phone. However, it took multiple times to get them to answer.
My friend and I ordered a large pizza honey-​sirarcha stuffed crust with buffalo drizzle! They close at 11 pm and last call for delivery is at 10:40. They don’t deliver to irvine though :(but my friends and I ordered at 10:43 and we got there 5 minutes late. But the lady was nice and understanding. There was a little hair in the inside and side of the box… But it’s ok, protein.

First time to order online and i was extremely dissatisfied.
— order arrived late
— wrong box of pizza
— called the branch and said they can make new pizza and will give a box of cinnamon bread free of charge
— i requested for crisscut fries instead, however the manager was unaware of the product (which i saw in the website), so i agreed to give me the cinnamon bread
— right box of pizza was delivered on time but the cinnamon bread that was promised wasn’t there so i called the branch again
— they delivered the cinnamon bread which was made from garlic bread. How did it happen? Taste not good at all.

Thee worst service!
I get that weekends are big pizza ordering days. Heck, Sundays during football season might be nuts, but I just don’t understand why they don’t staff themselves better knowing that these are big pizza ordering days.
I usually order online – it’s much easier. But once it shot me out an estimated delivery time of 1 hour and 40 minutes. Seriously? Yesterday it shot out an hour wait time? I wish it would give you an estimated time before you complete your order. And don’t even bother calling – they just won’t answer their phones. I was on hold multiple times and literally just gave up.
Pizza aint all that anyways.
