I went in about a month ago to repair a watch, and was very satisfied with it. Rob was very helpful and knowledgable answering any questions I had. He didn’t charge me for the minor repair, and extended me an offer to visit him anytime I would need such repair, or battery replacement, again in the future. He is a true professional, to say the least. I feel very comfortable giving him my business going forward.

The Watch Connection has been in the same location for 35 years. I always receive excellent service from Rob and Marc! I’ll never go anywhere else for my watches.

Listen. Watch connection has the best watches around coupled with great customer service. Rob is the man and he will set you up.

Your response does not make any sense. I was not asking for free service, I just find the price too expensive for what it was. Comparing that to asking a free car wash was not appropriate.

I grew up in Costa Mesa practically my entire life and have driven past the Watch Connection over a 1000 times, never once did I step inside. Boy was I missing out…
I happen to be in the area and needed to have my Tag Heuer examined after dropping it. I was greeted with smiles and no pressure salesmanship, what a great way to begin. Due to it being the Christmas season. So many stores are focused on selling you something right out of the gate or the salesmen lose interest in helping you if you’re not buying that exact moment.
I explained what my issue was with my watch and was presented a few options to pick from in order to fix it. I opted for the if you can fix it now I’ll pay you whatever you want. While I waited, I looked over many of the new models, once again with no pressure to buy, just good conversation about beautiful time pieces and how much they’ve changed over the years. 10 mins later my watch was brought back and was in perfect working order. I was thrilled!!! When I asked what I owed I was told this one was on the house. I’m sorry but hearing free is hardly ever the case these days. Such an awesome experience, I salute your establishment. Thank You for not breaking the bank and showing me that good old fashion customer service still exists.

Great customer service. When I bought my watch they told me I would have free battery changes for life… and they have always done so with a smile. For fine watches I would not shop anywhere else. Thanks to Rob for his help yesterday.

stopped by to get the batteries replaced for my watch and one for my husband’s watch. They had both batteries in stock.
Rob showed me a few watches they have and I tried one on. Then, I blinked and they were finished with the quick battery replacement.
if service is this good for a watch that we didn’t even purchase here– I absolutely want to buy our next watch here. Love that customer service still exists– not just at Nordstrom.

I want to compliment Rob Hashem and his co-​workers at The Watch Connection for making me feel comfortable in the store. The Watch Connection is not your run-​on-​the-​mill mall watch store; they know their inventory and they are not really pushy with customers.
Lastly, I trust all the workers to take excellent care of my watch when it is not in my sight; I cannot say that about some other watch stores.

I bought a Bell & Ross watch from a dealer in D.C. while I was traveling for business a while back. Unfortunately, I live in CA, so when there was an issue with the hardware on my clasp, these guys were more than willing help resolve my issue.
Manny arranged to have my buckle shipped to the manufacture to be repaired. In the mean time he hooked me up with a replacement buckle so I could continue to wear the watch until the replacement piece arrived – at no cost. Did I mention I did not actually purchase the watch from them? Very impressed and will definitely be shopping here for my next watch. I will also be referring my friends and family here.

My recent experience here was amazing. I needed to order two straps for an older Hublot and Manny was as helpful as can be. He placed the order for me – called me promptly when it arrived, and installed both sides for me very quickly when I went in to pick everything up. The other employees were also very polite and courteous and their watch selection is vast and impressive. I have to say that this is a huge change from the last time that I came here – which was several years ago when the store was owned by the previous owner. I found the prevous owner to be very rude, abrasive and confrontational – and I’m happy to see that the new ownership is the complete opposite.

The BEST customer service, selection and quality. If you are interested in purchasing a high end watch, go here, they will take great care of you!

I went in for a simple replacement of a battery on my watch. The guys were really nice and helpful! I will be back if I ever need any other services or a new watch.

All the Guys working here are superlative and experts at what they do! I have been purchasing my watches here for years and Marc & Chad along with the rest of their crew are simply the best! If i could give them 6 stars I would as they always go above and beyond.

Soooo, I went back and picked up the Alpina. Rob, I want to thank you for your professionalism and knowledge of the brand. Great overall experience. This time piece is absolutely beautiful. I’m happy I went with the Alpine Automatic. It’s a true smooth classic.
