Ryan came and did work in our office. He came over same day and did an awesome job. He was very efficient and his price was great. I will be calling him again soon.

Ryan does great work. He put in a new panel for us and hooked up our AC unit. He was reliable, on time, and clean! A very honest person, even gave us a discount on some of the materials as he was able to source them cheaper. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to all of our friends.

My business needed a new light put outside over our sign. Ryan came out within the hour of my call and gave me the lowest estimate of the three I got. His work was excellent, he finished on time and on budget! Ryan was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions! Five stars to Ryan of Shepherd Electric! My husband and I are new homeowners and needed an electrician we could trust to replace some very old wiring in various areas of our house. Ryan was recommended to us by a friend and his estimate was lower than expected and he was really great at explaining everything that needed to be done and how he was going to do it. Almost forgot to mention that aside from being one of the nicest guys we’ve met, he has to also be one of the hardest working! We were leaving for a work trip and Ryan worked through the weekend to ensure everything was squared away before we left town. Ryan is officially our family electrician.

Ryan is simply a terrific electrician. He is prompt, responsive, resourceful, and knowledgeable. He actually gets back to you (phone, text, or email) lightning quick. In our garage in Sebastapol, Ryan installed a 240 V line & charger for a 2016 Chevy Volt. He then discovered that I needed a 50 amp 2 prong breaker, in case the current breaker tripped due to an overload. That he also installed. The man is reliable, honest, and helpful. I will most assuredly be calling on Ryan the next time I need a good electrician!

The lighting in my office was flickering and I could smell smoke. My regular electrician was not picking up his phone so I desperately called around for someone to come out and help. Ryan from Shepherd Electric was able to make it my office and correct a problem in a secondary fuse box that was overloaded and smoking. I did not even know I had a secondary fuse box in the storage area behind my office but somehow he knew it existed and found it. The fix was simple too. There was an overload from an outlet in my back yard that was defective and taking on water (thanks old electrician) and all he had to do was replace it and make sure the new outlet was water tight. He could have told me I needed a new fuse box and I’d have bought it. While he was out he replaced several lighting «cans» recessed into the ceiling and was able to take care of a few other things I needed done like upgrading the light in a closet. He charges less than my non responsive regular electrician and I felt he did a better job so I called him back a month later to add some external lighting and an outdoor outlet on an exterior patio near my dining room. Very satisfied customer. I would use this company again.

Great experience with Shepherd electric. Ryan was able to get here on short notice. Took care of our issue with our light and was able to install to GFI outlets.
