Buffalo Wild Wings

Just two of us went for dinner. Got there about 5:30 to find the place about ¹⁄₃ full — not overly busy. Asked for a booth, but though 4 were open we were seated at a table. The waitress took our order in a timely fashion, but it took well over 20 minutes for the food to arrive — and our waitress wasn’t the one to bring it. I said that we had ordered an appetizer, but since it had not come to just not bring it. 5 minutes later a «manager» came with the appetizer and said it would be «on the house,» but it wasn’t. We were billed for it, even though it came after the meal and after I said I didn’t want it.
The food was okay, but nothing special. Pretty typical of franchise food. Honestly though, the service was bad. The place was swarming with workers, but there appeared to be very little organization and nobody seemed to know what was going on.
I’m not planning to go back.

Wanted to give a shout out to one of your staff. Went for dinner the other night with some friends. Our server Josh was very polite, social and was always on top of what we needed.
Would definitely enjoy having him serve us again.

Came here with about 7 people and we walked in on a Tuesday early evening about 5 minutes to 7 pm. I asked our server Kaely if we could take advantage of the Happy Hour beer specials. Kaely said «no» because of some lame excuse about how they worked on the hour, etc. Needless to say, we were all disappointed. We stayed and moved on with our evening. We noticed Kaely and her trainee took a long while to come back and check up on our table after we go our first round of drinks. Then, we ordered food and that took an eternity to come to our table too. This one heavy-​set guy came by and started reading the order so we could say who had ordered what. We thought they’d have a better set up than that. Finally Kaely saw this guy was taking a while and she took over and she knew what we all had and put food we ordered in front of us. The whole evening didn’t start out right with not honoring the Happy Hour hours. In most establishments I’ve been to, they honor the Happy Hour discount even if you got there right at the hour Happy Hour ended. I know this BWW makes money when people come in large groups and would obviously prefer getting out of honoring the Happy Hour. My group and I will of course not be returning. I’m not sure they’ll miss us but after people read this review maybe they’ll think twice in coming in close to the end their Happy Hour or to this location at all.

Good food… good fun! We love going there to play buzz time trivia. Wings are great! They also have a great gluten-​free menu that they will provide if you ask.
