I’ve been a YMCA member now for about a year. The building is super old, but I won’t complain about that because they are in the midst of building a new one. i enjoy the classes, and feel like it’s a non-judgmental place to work out. They offer a nice variety of classes and equipment. I never feel«without.» Parking used to be a problem, but now I can park across the street in a lot for no charge. Downside: At busy times, equipment might be all in use. One of the trainers in the weight lifting room made me feel like a total idiot. He corrected my posture and was a little cocky about it. I won’t go in there any more. One of the instructors for Zumba subpar. I’ve voiced my opinion about this as well. From talking to others that used to go to Zumba, and they no longer attend. Jordan teaches turbokick and Insanity– both of which are awesome classes. I also attend Suzanne’s Body Pump, cycling, and yoga class awesome, and I like that as well.
