Novack Heidi A DDS

I have never written a review for a doctor but this is one lady that deserves recognition. I always dreaded going to the dentist but Heidi has changed all that, Dr. Novak will also set your mind at ease and make you feel very comfortable.
She has an amazing memory, after a visit or 2 she’ll ask about your Mom or Dad, husband, wife, kids or even the dog and she shares some really funny stories about herself.
You’re not treated like a client with a dollar sign above your head; everyone is very gracious and welcoming and they have the best magazine collection!
Dr. Novak is very detailed; she’ll explain everything, discussing other options if possible and during any procedure she is constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable.
An amazing lady that surrounds herself with a staff that’s equally professional and amazing.

I have been going to Dr. Novack since I was a freshman in High School 14years ago and she is hands down the best! Funny, Personable, Gentle and her staff is fantastic. She spends a lot of time with all her patients so you can expect to wait a little while once you check in but I’d much rather wait than feel like someone is rushing while they are drilling in my mouth!
