Absolutely the best. Marlene was so helpful. I changed carriers today which can be a scary thing. I had to keep my old number and that was no problem at all. I asked questions she answered with out hesitation. Sam was there also to assist Marlene, both worked flawlessly together to get me in and out. I had a dinner date in 45 minutes from the time I entered the store. They got me in, out, same number, almost same price I was paying from previous carrier. 15 minutes and that includes my browse time. Sorry VM(virgin mobile) after over ten years of being a customer, I’ve switched for the WAYBETTER.
