I came in for glasses for my first eye exam. I wasn’t sure what i was doing but their representative laura were very helpful. I continue to use this location and couldn’t be happier with my glasses.

I love this place. The doctors spend time with you explaining everything. It’s a little more expensive than other places but well worth it. They have always fixed my frames. I’ve been going here about 4 years now. I love the fact I can get my eye exam there and then purchase my glasses too. That way, if I have any questions about the prescription, the doctor is right there. I highly recommend them.

Not a friendly store. And they don’t want to fix frames they have sold. I went in to this branch after I bought frames on a trip. When she saw the frames she said ‘these are cheap reader glasses. No optical store will put optical lenses in these”. That was my first clue that she was CLUELESS. Going back to my original Pearle Vision in Riverside; they are a delight to work with. And, yes, they are putting my lenses in.

They have no patience for kids! I took my daughter in for her kindergarten exam. She was a little scared and within 10 minutes they were referring us to another doctor and asking us to leave.
