Last month had an appointment at 130 pm. I arrived a little before 1 since had to pick up children from school at 3. I waited in waiting room until almost 5! Yes I made arrangements to have kids picked up. By the time I had my eye exam, which was poor anyways. After many years of enjoying going here, they sure have changed! The staff is rude, the eye exam could probably been done by a 1st grader! When it was time to pick out my glasses I was told rudely by the staff most of the techs left at 5! I stated I was there since one, but they couldn’t care less. The service is poor, the staff is extremely rude and unfriendly and the people giving the eye«exams» seemed to be checking an instructional booklet! I used to recommend this office to friends and family. I will no longer. They don’t take the time to treat you as a patient and a loyal customer with some respect. I will never use Dr. Benjamin again. All I left with was a scribbled prescription for eyeglasses which the staff said rudely I can take it to Walmart to be filled. Then small businesses wonder why they close when they treat customers like this. Will be looking elsewhere for a professional Eye Doctor and a friendly staff.

It saddens me to have to give this office a one star. «Why», you may ask? Well, I’ve been going here for many years and have had great rapport with the doctors in the office. The staff know you and you felt like part of a family. I don’t know what happened but it seems like the way they run the office changed to a business/client relationship(as opposed to the many years of doctor/patient). All they are interested in is your money! I used to recommend this office to my family members and friends. I have always been in good standing with them. It’s too bad they no longer take the time to treat you like a patient. It looks like I’ll need Unilocal!to help me find a new doctor to care for my eyes!
