My girlfriend and I came here back in November. I’m finally making the time to write this out. The employees were very friendly and quick. The food though, we were disappointed. We ordered Chicken Tenders, Poppers and some spicy chicken sandwiches to share. The tenders, you could tell, were soggy, tough and chewy, this meaning, they’ve been sitting over the fryer and weren’t cooked to order. The poppers, were stale. Not to mention, the insides were burnt completely or were evaporated. We’ve sent them back letting them know and the brought us another batch that were VERY similar to the last. We probably only had luck with two good poppers. The gal who brought it back, as friendly as she was, we knew she was lying about how they come out. The sandwiches, from what I could remember, were probably the best luck we had. Like i said, the staff was friendly, but their food wasn’t cooked to code. I’ve worked in a Deli several years ago, to this day, I can still tell what is fresh and isn’t fresh. As for my girlfriend, shes currently getting ready to take a shift leader position at a different Carl’s Jr. The store shes currently at are very on top of Carl’s Jr’s standards. She and myself, were very disappointed in how this restaurant follows procedures on their food.

Came here after I got a coupon of buy one get one free for their expensive burgers. It was my first time inside. The place was surprisingly clean, and looked as if maybe it had been recently remodeled. The menu is horrible to look at, I feel like it’s the fair food of fast food. A flashy crazy hard to read menu with high prices. The burgers came out super hot, fresh from the grill or oven or whatever they use. The angus patty was a pretty good patty, but the Tex Mex burger just lacked flavor. Staff was courteous, and the place was quiet and empty.

Good service, good burgers except 1 thing… they’re a bit expensive when compared to In N Out or McDonald’s. Example, ordered a Western Bacon Burger, medium fries combo. Nothing special, right. it was over 9 dollars.

Stopped in while waiting for Tires from Tucker Tires. Lunchtime, it was very fast and efficient, friendly and smiles around. Food is good for a fast food place. I don’t do drive through usually. Overall good for today.

Its no surprise thier rating is so low. Horrible customer service. Waiting for a while and got absolutely no acknowledgement or «we will be right with you» just eneded up walking out.

Went for their new all natural combo burger. What I got was not a sizzling hot burger out from a fire grill. This appeared to be just a warm smelly, yukky tasting taste bud killer. I had a feeling of letting this fly on the ceiling. Just went right to the trash bin, never hitting this location again, nor trying this all natural burger. The employee who left this burger on the table would never make eye contact with me, I think there was something FISHY!!!

Would give this place a zero but Unilocal won’t let me. These reviews DONOTLIE! This place is the worst service at any restaurant. It was my first time here and it will be my last. Completely rude service. Claudia Messed up my whole order. When I called to let them know, she jus yelled at me on the phone. When she let me finally speak, she just started to yell at me again. So I just hung up. This place shouldn’t be open. From the cleanest place to the rudest place to the people working here just a disaster. If you don’t like your job find another one. In n out is cheaper and customer service is waaaaaaaay better.

I will give them no star if it possible! Horrible customer service by Erica, she was rude, and I can barely understand her English, and she have attitude toward everybody. The food I order was not cook through, the worst Carl’s Jr ever. Will never come back to this location, In-N-Out is way better!

I stopped eating at this Carl’s Jr. about five years ago. Every time I would order food for both my daughters and myself, they always messed up the order. One time I ordered a burger for my daughter, and she had taken a bite, and said ill dad. I asked her what’s wrong, she handed it me, and it looked like someone had deliberately wrapped a long hair on her burger! I took the order back, they gave me my money back, I asked for the number to corporate office, And they asked me what what I’d like for them to do like I was just complaining about nothing. Can you imagine taking a bite of something with someone else’s hair and it? The hair was at least 18 inches long, and I’m baldheaded, and my daughters have nice curls and their hair. This hair was straight. Sickening!

Don’t know how some Unilocalers said this place is clean. This is the worst and dirtiest carls jr. I made a mistake to go here. I paid close to $ 11 dollars for fresh bun burger combo. It was horrible. Wished I had a dollar chicken sandwich at the other burger joint. Will never eat here again. GROSS.

6÷13÷1411pmish Very unhappy with my experience tonight. I came from there about 20 minutes ago from the drive thru. The guy who helped me was rude, like he didn’t wanna be there. He didn’t offer ketchup and scoffed at me when I asked for some. He got my order wrong, I ordered an extra bacon western thick burger and I got a western bacon cheeseburger. The bag was wet and dripping when I picked it up from my table and the soda I ordered had no syrup! Mistakes happen… I get that, but this guy was a total dick who seemed to have a problem with working. He needs to go!

I received for the 2nd time the worst service ever by the same person. I will never eat there nor will I recommend people to eat there. First time-This short heavy set Hispanic lady took my order. She had a black shirt on different from the others so I thought she was manager. After the order she swiped my card and it would not read. Every job I have worked at that takes money & credit cards has a manual input. This brizzy told me that she could not input it because the bank would charge them twice. I was in a hurry so said forget it, but never forgot what stupid lies she was saying. Second time– Same lady with a name that started with a G like Gabrialla or something like that. Luis and I finished ordering our order and before we could show her the 20% off coupon she must have hit total on the register. Then she said it was to late to take the coupon. I asked her why and she said because her drawer would be short. I know that’s a lie because Carl’s Jr would not spend millions on dollars for a register that could not perform a void. Then she tryed to tell us like little kids that«next time present it earlier» Luis did not like her remarks and asked to see a manager. Then she said«Oh Okay I will fix it this one time but next time show me earlier.» Already we felt we had been lied to and her remarks were not a good part of customer service. She ended up refusing to get a manager for us after asking nicely a few times. I could not take it any more so practically screamed«AREYOUREFUSINGTOGETME A MANAGER!!?» like 3 times and she kept nodding her head like no and saying I took care of it already for you. I guess the other workers went to go get the real manager and as she walked up and this girl started talking to her in Spanish … Luckily Luis is Bilingual and understood everything she was saying. It was all lies and the«manager» did not say ONE word not an I’m sorry or let me take care of this for you… NOTHING! So after telling the girl at the register that she was lieing to our face and the manager not saying ONE word I asked for a full refund. They ended up giving our money back. It frustrates me till this day. I tryed calling back 100 times and no one picked up. Then when I called from work with the«Home Depot» on the ID they picked up. When I asked for the managers name they started acting like they did not understand English… ERRR Word to the wise. if you work in the fast food industry one day if you give bad service your going to FORK with the wrong person. I made a complaint with Carl’s Jr corporate. We were contacted by the actual store owner to handle the matter. I do not want free food or vouchers all I want is for that girl to be exposed and as long as she works there I will not eat there nor will I tell my co workers, friend and family to get food there. HORRIBLEMANAGERSERVICEANDEMPLOYEECUSTOMERSERVICE !!!

I was here last week for biscuit sandwiches and they were good. Not charred or inedible. This week I come back and the biscuits are charred and inedible again! Coffee was very cold. Breakfast here is inconsistent! Maybe should stop ordering biscuits. I have not ordered anything else from the breakfast menu here. I have come here for non-breakfast foods are way better; like their burgers.

With literally nothing open past midnight in Azusa, this location, with it’s 24-Hour Drive-Thru, has saved my life on dozens of occasions. The new Guacamole Bacon Six Dollar Burger is a great choice. I’ll get it when I don’t feel like my usual Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Need Green Burrito? It’s here. To reiterate, 24-Hour Drive-Thru = Awesome! If you need to pig out more, go to Donut Man in Glendora to get some dessert.
