In-N-Out Burger

Food – always excellent! No surprise there! Fresh ingredients always make for a tasty burger! Service is always extra friendly and, as a bonus, employees go around and clear your table just like waiters would at a waitstaffed restaurant! I think we all know that hasn’t always been the case at In-​N-​Out and, even today, not all In-​N-​Out franchises offer that.
Most (if not all) In-​N-​Out locations tend to get pretty packed. However, this is one of the busiest ones I’ve been to on a while and, unfortunately, that means it takes a long time to get your food… after already having stood in line for a long time. This is the only reason why I took off two stars. I’ve been to this In-​N-​Out on numerous occasions and it’s always the same long wait. I see the employees working hard and as quickly as they can. Perhaps they should hire more? Not sure if that’s the answer but I really wish they would figure out a way to cut wait times down because it’s too much.

This locations is delicious! I think it has and provides the best service around the la county

What can I say about such a great burger that others haven’t said already? I have been coming here for years and it’s still a really great place for burgers and fries. I’ve never had any problems with this location other than wait time. Meals always come exactly like you order it, both the inside and outside of In N Out are very clean, and the employees are always cheerful when you talk to them. Overall, it’s a great experience!

The second weakest in n out in the area, they put the napkins under your food like dumbasses. Then they took about 20 minutes for the drive thru and it was 12:30 am. The workers seemed to be joking the whole time not getting much done. The burger was good but tomatoes were green, they burnt the fries. I feel a mass firing would change things for the better, these newbies are ruining this place.

This is probably one of my least favorite in-​and-​out locations. They’ve consistently messed up 3 of our orders, all on different occasions. Now I can do a mess up on my onion style or something minor like that but not a completely wrong burger. My burger was wrong, my girls’ was wrong and my friends was too. Like they gave us the wrong order. For it to happen multiple times on different trips to that same location I think is ridiculous. I definitely won’t be coming back to this one. I’ll drive the extra mile to get my order correct.

I went with my family yesterday. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 animal style fries. The burgers (all 3) seemed over cooked and the Animal fries are definitely not worth $ 3.60. When they came out they were already cold & not alot of goodness on them. But since we waited awhile approx. 10 – 15 minutes we were famished and ate it anyways. Also my wife asked for extra sauce and of course it didn’t come with any sauce. They were pretty dry.
I was disappointed because that was the 1^st time I had ordered Animal fries probably the last!

Awesome customer service and always fast! No complaints ever. And tonight had the best crew! The girl that charged me had the best customer service as well as the guy that bagged my order. Awesome attitudes. I’ll aways go to this store from this point on. And to top it off if they it get more awesome, my six year old has her birthday today and the crew sang happy birthday to her. Love this place even more! In and out store number 2 you guys are the best! Thank you for making my little one feel special.

This In N Out has some of the nicest employees! They always go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with there service. Good thing there close to home!

Good service drive through is faster than other location. Cashier is very nice and willing to assist with your need

Grilled onions all the way! Always on point with their food and service. Drive thru is never bad enough for me to keep on driving to look for another one.

This in n out is the worst. Lately the people there are rude… Get your order wrong while saying it back to you… You correct them they say they will fix it… Only to take it home and it’s wrong!!! I ordered protein style no onions and they put grilled onions on it… My husband now is taking it back … This is the 3^rd time this in n out has messed up our order in the past 2 months. And the new people working there are completely rude. Totally a disappointing in n out. And the burgers are never cooked all the way always mushy and pink.

I have been to many In-​N-​Outs and never had a bad experience. This is a first. We were in the area visiting family last week and decided to go here. We went through the drive-​thru and ordered. When we pulled over in the parking lot to eat. Both fries were burnt and you would think burnt fries are crispy… nope they were saugy. So I’m assuming my burnt fries were microwaved or sitting on the warmer a while. I couldn’t not pin point why my burger wasn’t as tasty as normal, maybe it was the bad taste of fries in my mouth. I will never go to this In-​N-​Out ever again.

Food wise, we all know its delicious!!! A number 2 with grilled onions, animal style fries without spread and a lemonade. Yum!!! A con for this place would be the drive thru always so busy, but then again its in n out lol (funny cuz ur never really «in n out»)

Another day, another training, and another dilemma: where to eat lunch. Well, this problem was solved for me today! Our training facility is literally right next to this In-​N-​Out. There is a god! Huge sigh of relief…
May I say this In-​N-​Out has some of the best service I have ever seen. They were slammed at lunch but service was exceptionally quick and polite.
Awesome classic dependable delicious burgers, decent French fries, and soda, or fantastic shakes if you have the calories to spare.

Who would of thought their is a light fries and strong fries? I didn’t even k ow in n out offer this. So is there a mix fries. That would be amazing. Service was quick as usual but the fries weren’t as crunchy as I like.

Love this location. Food is fresh and fast. Staff is nice. The drive thru is Great unless there’s like 20 cars. The inside is awesome. Also can eat outside. I will always come back. Good neighborhood

I’ve never ever given a In-​n-​Out a one star before.
So what did you do to deserve this?
Order;
I’d like two #1’s please. One with animal style fries and one without. Onions on both burgers and no tomato please.
Cashier: «and is that all you want sir.»
Me: Could I have the fries well done on both.
So here is what I got;
The two order of fries came up. No animal style on the one order. Both orders of fries had fries that were either cooked regular, cooked a little crispy, cooked burnt or cooked severly burnt. Duuuh… Not what we requested. Brought it back. Not even a apology.
The two burgers came out without onions. Had to go back and request onions. The burgers were squished and crooked and tasted terrible since they lacked the nice moist sauce the tender taste. The buns were crunched and no fluffyness to them at all. No apologies.
Table we sat at had dried up ketchup stains. I grabbed several napkins and wet them down with water from the soda machine and wiped the tables down myself.
I left pretty much half my fries. I left the last part of my buns which were twisted up and tossed them because they tasted terrible.
(Well they wern’t my buns, but they were their buns)
These people didn’t care about my order. Add the Extra slow service. Uugh!
