They were nice and friendly and I was happy, but I’ve been in my house 30 days and have had a sink leak, a toilet leak and a fridge leak. Not sure if it’s coincidence or bad luck, but I think at least ONE of these issues should have been caught on the home inspection.

I know they are busy, and schedules are tough, but these guys are fantastic! They helps with my inspection, are super honest, and I learned a few things on what to watch out for while I «hunt» for a house. I highly recommend this company!

This was my second time using Move Smart Home Inspections and they did an amazing job. My inspector was Chip and he was very thorough. Justin, our inspector, did a wonderful job. He was very professional and allowed us to shadow him and pointed out any issues as well as positive items. While watching Justin perform the inspection I was very confident that any possible issues with the home have been uncovered. As a bonus Justin also filled us in on several positive aspects of the house. It was very clear that Justin knew exactly what he was doing and I am confident that we will not have any surprises when we move in.

REGARDING: Chip Lusk, Always arrives on or before the inspection begins. Always is friendly and knowledgeable answering questions for the buyers. Goes over the inspection with buyers before he leaves and prints the report during the inspection if buyers want him to, or if time allows. His reports arrive on time when he emails them.
