Not only was Scott quick to come help in the midst of a toilet crisis while I was taking my grandparents, he was honest, genuine and very helpful. He came to save the day very quickly, efficiently, and at such a reasonable price. Scott if you see this, we are so very grateful for your services! I am thrilled to finally have found a rooter company that is reliable, honest, affordable and gets the job done right. I have been managing the project to repair a clogged drain in our neighbor’s home. I called numerous other rooter companies who sent their techs out for estimates — all of which fell over $ 250 or more over what Scott was able to charge us! Not only was his service affordable, our appointment was for an estimate and he was able to fix the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. Thank you Tacoma Rooter and Scott for a job well done. We’ll definitely have them in our back pocket for our rooter needs.
