Shane’s Rib Shack

I’ve eaten here maybe three or four times and it has always been good. I have only encountered one employee who was rude but we all have bad days. Great place for BBQ if you want it fast.

Wonderful service and great food. The cashier took her time helping me register for the online coupons. I wasn’t able to use a coupon yet so the manager scanned her own for me. Very sweet. Now that’s what I call great customer service. All was good.

Service: great. Smiling servers and always ready to help (although the bathroom was clogged for some time)
Food: classic bbq taste. (I got the sample platter) large servings. Super filling. :)
Overall, a great dinner time! Would recommend.

Food was good up until I received a hair along with my chicken tenders meal! In their defense, server notified the manger and we received a refund for my meal.

This place looks nice for the brief time I was there. Counter witch saw Me walk in and sit down. Didn’t say a word about ordering at counter. They either need to place signs or know how to read newbies.

Well today was as good as any time I have been here. I got the chicken fingers like I always do and they were juicy as always. They also toned down the garlic salt a little. Which I am grateful for. The pulled pork is another great choice if you choose to eat here. The only problem I have ever had is the soda fountain, sometimes they are to syrupy and other times to light. Just get the tea. I will say that the ribs are not the best but that is by no means saying they are bad. Enjoy!

I would say the food served at this location is comparable to a meal from a gas station. Burnt ribs, old pulled pork, soggy fries, and dirty tables.

Shane’s catered a big birthday party for us this summer for $ 10 a plate. We had BBQ chicken and pork, baked beans, coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, Texas toast, iced tea and lemonade. We opted for a third side instead of the dessert that would normally come with the package since we already had a birthday cake.
Everyone raved about how delicious all the food tasted. We appreciated the fact that the chicken was diced up instead of still on the bone. That makes it much easier to deal with when you are eating with a plate in your lap. Also, I suppose it’s easier to make a sandwich with that yummy Texas toast, if you so desire. The creamy mac and cheese was scrumptious and I would definitely recommend it for one of your sides. The meat was nicely cooked, tender and seasoned well.
The folks at Shane’s are awesome! My husband made all the arrangements by phone from Denver. They showed up on time and set everything up promptly. They were a pleasure to work with and we can’t say enough good things. Thanks, Shane’s — you are invited to our party any time!

Shanes is reasonably new but so far it’s been great, fantastic ribs and sandwiches Potatoe Salad that’s better than my moms was and peach cobbler to kill for the first few times we ate there service was pretty slow but has improved greatly. I like everything about this Shanes great food and really pleasant people, If there’s a downside I’d say it’s parking, it’s in a busy strip mall.
