This store has a manager named Mike sego who is horrible ! Should be ashamed of his behavior and sprint as a company should be embarrassed ! Very long story short I went in to get help on my child’s phone and he and the staff acted like they didn’t want to trouble shoot the problem with the phone. All they really wanted was to sell me a new phone instead of helping. I also asked about a refund check that was due to me from a tablet charger I returned same day and was told they could not issue my cash refund, that a check would be mailed .that was on 11÷24÷15. Today is 1÷6÷16 and he told me to go «call my mail man! Horrible customer service and I will tell everyone I know not to use this store if he is the manager.
