Hard to believe it’s a Starbucks. It has turned unspeakably rude, incompetent and slow since mid 2015: The polar opposite of what it was before. Obviously the constant barista turnover has an impact, but the management ignores all of the QC& simple operating procedure since around that time. I was a loyal customer from the time it first opened, but will now part ways as the manager/district manager could not possibly care less.

Ever since my last review, it is long overdue for an update on this location. In my last review for this location, I stated that I come here at least 2 – 4 times a week… well not anymore since July! My new Starbucks location is the one on the other side of it(the non-drive thru location). And I absolutely love that location 100x better. The customer service over there is wonderful compared to this. The last time I had came here, the customer service was not that great. Idk if the cashier had a bad day or what but she had the worst attitude. As for my drink, I got a grande iced caramel macchiato and my drink was filled with ice. A bit irritating because I did not pay about $ 5 for my drink to be filled with ice. After that, I have never returned to this location! If you want good customer service and better baristas, then go to the non drive thru location.

I don’t know what all of the bad reviews are about, for the amount of customers/orders this location helps complete daily, they do an absolutely terrific job getting everything out smoothly and with a smile.

Slowest, rudest service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. I’ve gone here a few times, normally I ask for no foam and I still get foam but today… It took 26 mins to get thru the line. When I got to the window, the greeter was rude and 3 people just standing in the drive thru. They had 4 other drinks piled up. 5 mins after sitting there, I finally see a 4th lady come over and start my drink. Meanwhile telling the girls that they need to have these drinks set up and ready to go. Pure chaos. I sat and watched the counter people also set up cup after cup but not get started. Does it really take 6 people to stand around and watch?! They seriously need new management, someone with training skills on how to make drinks in order in a timely manner and how to properly greet your customers that help pay your paycheck. It’s not rocket science. It was a sad site sight

The worst one I’ve ever been to! The drive through always takes forever. I go inside and the cashier is rude and unfriendly. Takes forever to get my one drink with no one ahead because everyone in the back is talking instead of making drinks. I will not be returning to this location again.

Where do I even start with this place? The lobby and the drive-thru were STACKED. The cashier was lovely and did his job perfectly. The girl that was on bar, making all the drinks however, was incompetent at best. First off, she pronounced EVERYBODY’S name wrong. Literally EVERYBODY. There was a guy waiting in line and he goes, «Is there an iced mocha for Steve?» and Tia, the barista, replied, «I have a few in line, so sure there is.» After a few minutes, she looked up at the mocha that was on the bar and goes, «Oh, here’s the mocha for Steve! I called it out as Dave!» and laughed it off as if people didn’t have things they needed to go do. The man finished his sandwich already, for Christ sakes. When it got to my drink, she called my name out as «Laura.» I looked at my cup and the name«LAUREN» was spelled out clear as day. My boyfriend ordered an iced soy white mocha and when we received it, NONE of the white chocolate was stirred in. It was all just sitting down at the bottom. My drink wasn’t filled all the way to the top either. Not sure what’s going on with this place, but the barista’s need to be more attentive to what they’re doing and maybe act like they care about the time their customers spend waiting for their beverages. And maybe learn how to pronounce names, in the meantime. P. S. I’m a Starbucks barista as well, so I know that this job isn’t hard to do.

Slowest drive thru ever even when there’s only 2 other cars!!! I don’t get it at all and atleast 3 out of 5 times they don’t put soy milk in so I have to go back thru the drive thru or park and go in and usually there annoyed

Never returning to this location again. I ordered grande caramel macchiato with soy. Waited 10 mins. The person who made my drink was probably brand new cause it didn’t taste good. It’s just annoying.

Absolutely consistently one of the worst Starbucks. Drive a few blocks West to the Covington Place Starbucks, you won’t be sorry. I have given this location so many chances I should be ashamed of myself for not learning my lesson sooner.

Why is this Starbucks the slowest on this side of town??? Maple Valley is just as slow but wow, waiting in this drive they line for over 15 min with 3 cars? I wouldn’t write a review like this if it wasn’t a typical occurrence but it is… EVERYTIME! I only give this Starbucks 2 stars because I like my Starbucks drinks. As for the actual location and service ZERO stars! I frequent Starbucks too often, it’s my home away from home, there everyday, but this Starbucks makes me want to chose another coffee place all together! Oh and the attitude… sucks. Don’t even mention how long you have waited.

Wow! And I thought I am the only one hate this Starbucks. I only go there because I have to wait for someone there every once in a while. Staff never smiles and looks like they are very busy in there for nothing. Drinks take forever to make. I know they have changed their staff recently, but still horrible. I usually go to the Starbucks two blocks south of this one. It makes a lot of different. By the way, I did a survey for them recently. :)

A little understaffed here it seems. But the coffee is like you expect at any other Starbucks. Nice to have a drive thru but it is very popular and you may have a wait. Faster to go inside if you are short on time.

Consistently horrible. I try it every once in awhile to see if it’s gotten better. Never does. Twice I have been given a drink about 3 oz short of full and often wrong even though I don’t order anything special. They are unorganized and extremely slow. Maybe it’s time for a new manager.

I’m beginning to wonder if this location is used to train new people. If someone waits in your drive thru line for over 20 minutes and there is no way of escaping, then they should offer an apology, or an $ 1 off, or something, apology’s usually work well. I love coffee, so it would have been somewhat worth the wait if the drink was actually good, but it never is at this location. On a good note, for the most part the workers are usually pretty friendly, so if your like some of the old folks around here who just go to get coffee to see familiar faces, then this would be the place for you, it would go well with how sloooooooooooow they are. Hey, my 99 year old Grandma would like a job are you hiring, if you are she’ll get back to you in about a year? PS There is a shop closer to HWY. 18 that seems to have it more together, there is just no drive-thru.
