I highly recommend Chapman Brothers for any plumbing projects or emergencies. They did my basement renovation and have provided exemplary customer service and workmanship. Bill, the owner, worked with us to come up with a solution for our project and quickly provided a reasonable written estimate. He even performed a lot of the work and oversight himself.
When he was not on-​site, Bill Jr, Anthony, and Bobby provided the same quality of service that any homeowner would want to have. They were very professional, friendly, and did great work. Great job Chapman Brothers.

They aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. These guys have been a lifesaver for me since I moved into my new home. Do I wish it didn’t cost $ 70 to just walk in my house, of course. But think about all the bulls**t calls they avoid from people who freak out over every little thing that happens in their home.
Not sure about mystery charges on the bill, but I can only hope that they are doing right by their customers and not charging people for erroneous things. I did read the review about a $ 450 snake, that seems excessive. Come on Chapman, that’s pricey.

Not impressed with their service or their mystery charges added to my bill. Was given one price but charged another. Would not recommend.

How about $ 59.95 to come out to the house… then a snake job for $ 175… fix a leak another $ 60… $ 325 later I had the drainage problem fixed. I could have sh_​t when I saw the bill… but I would have had another clogged drain.
