I have never written a review before, but Ouch! This place was very, very prickly. While going in to get my silhouette glasses adjusted and to check out their inventory, I was made to wait through several phone calls. No problem usually, but then verbally attacked from the beginning. «Where did u get these? Why should I fix problems on glasses that other businesses received money for? I don’t want other people’s problems. If they break then their my problem.» Seems like this would have been a perfect opportunity to get my business for the next pair I obviously needed badly. Really poor customer service. No attempt to be courteous and helpful. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but they were very prickly and unhelpful. I went elsewhere and would recommend my friends do the same.

So far so good! I called here today after being turned away from my eye doctor who is too busy to take my appointment until March. I called and they are able to see me this weekend! Imagine that, a weekend appointment! I was over the moon at that level of service. I can’t wait to tell you more about my visit!
