Terrible experience! I told the worker I had Celiac’s Disease and please put the contents of two bean burritos into a bowl… no onions, no wrap… the result to this was two bean burritos laying in a bowl… complete bean burritos!!! They were dumb enough to just lay two bean burritos in a bowl!!! I, of course, couldn’t eat them because of cross contamination! Is it really that hard to just put beans, cheese and sauce in a bowl??? Honestly!!!

No. I mean, seriously, I’m not sure how Taco Bell could be bad considering it’s all the same ish. But every time I go here, my order gets screwed up even though it’s on a screen that I can see and they read it back to me too. The staff is always super rude and they always close a touch earlier than they are supposed to and, I mean come on, we’re all kidding ourselves if we are pretending we eat Taco Bell in daylight/sober. And they always break the cardinal rule of Taco Bell: never skimp on the fire sauce packets to your devout followers! Come on, Cranston Street, get it together! I’ll go out to Johnston or North Providence over this one. You’re better off.

my first time here for breakfast and will be my last. Did the drive thur this morning and got their steak breakfast burrito. I have blonde hair and there was a piece of black hair in it. Thank god I usually cut my food in half all the time. It was mix in with the cheese and hash piece they put in there. I was in a rush for work already so I called them and the manager basically said there’s nothing we can do. bad customer service and I used a card so they should be able to refund my money. I explain to her I would never go back in there and she just said oh well. Not even a sorry.

It’s Taco Bell, whaddaya want? It’s gotten better since it opened and it seems like the staff is more solid now after a year. I don’t come here too often, but the few times I have been here in a year since it opened, were much improved.

Awesome location in Cranston, right on the corner of Garfield Ave & Cranston St. Fast, Friendly service. Too many choices, to decide. The past been busy since their opening. I had the new steak taco and it was ok.
