Waited 6 minutes for someone to even take the order. Waited 28 minutes for the slices. Manager came out at minute 38 told me they made the wrong and gave me a coupon. It’s now 53 mins and still nothing. This was a really bad first visit to this restaurant and I will not come back.

Holy crap good pizza. We had one of every kind at the office so I tried the chicken Parmesan and the buffalo chicken. Soooo amazing!

Should be a zero star review. They called and cancelled my order made at 1038 pm because they stopped taking orders at 1030 and would be closing in 10 minutes. What an incredibly poor run establishment. Never got to try your product and I can say I will ever try it now.

Now this is Detroit style pizza!!! Now were even close to that toilet trash pizza called Little Caesar’s 8 corner pizza with premium mozzarella cheese and hamburger: This is real real premium mozzarella. Top shelved stuff. The crust is how Pizza Huts use to be back in the early 1980’s… That fried skillet cornbread crispy taste … Awesome… Great Customer Service! I’m definitely a fan!!!

Jet’s 8 corner pizza is amazingly delicious! I really want to try their thin crust but I can’t make myself order something different! They’re not scarce on their toppings like a lot of other chain pizza restaurants. I’ve also had their bone-in wings and they were very good, too. Every time I see they have a GROUPON($ 11 for $ 20 worth of food) I buy as many as I can! If you love deep dish pizza, Jet’s is a must try!

Good pizza but I fear the jets weren’t working. Could have gotten faster pizza elsewhere.

I could make a jacks pizza taste better than their pizza with little effort. We ordered two pizzas both horrible. Taste like cheap ingredients. Shouldn’t be around long.

I just had my last in a string of disappointing experiences here. I haven’t been here in months because of previous issues and I’m wishing I didn’t give it another try. I work really close by so it would be really convenient to come here to eat. But if I’m on my break from work I can’t get food here because it takes too long. I have tried to get pizza by the slice because that shouldn’t take forever but they either don’t have anything ready or they serve it cold. Seriously the last two times I ordered a slice of pizza it was giving to me straight-out-of-the-fridge COLD. So tonight I had shorter than normal breaks so I needed dinner delivered. I called here at 5:45pm and asked for my order of a sandwich and salad to arrive at 7pm. It still hadn’t arrived by 10 after so I called to see if I could run down and get it but was told it just left with a driver and was late because they had to bake the bread. It didn’t arrive until 7:30pm when my break was over and I didn’t have time to get something else for dinner. I find it really hard to believe they needed over an hour to make a sandwich and salad, and close to two hours to get it less than a block away. I’ll never come here again.

When I want pizza, I typically want Jet’s Detroit-style deep dish. But before I gush about how AMAZING it is, let’s cover the basics. ATMOSPHERE Olive is home to at least two Jet’s locations. This one is across the street from Heritage Place. If you’re dining in, you’ll order at the counter. You will seat yourself, and an employee will bring your food to your table when it is ready. You also will get your own drinks and refills. By the way, Jet’s recently switched from Coke to Pepsi. The dining area isn’t fancy, but it’s pretty nice. They have about nine tables, and there are two TVs on the wall. It’s seems to be a clean place. A number holder and elevated pizza stand were on each table, and I couldn’t help but notice that both objects had been positioned in the same way on every single table. I like that. MENU Jet’s offers four crust styles for their pizza: thin(STL-style), bold fold(NY-style), hand-tossed, and deep dish(Detroit-style). [Please note that your desired crust might not be available in all sizes. For example, thin-crust pizzas are not available in a medium size.] Something I love about Jet’s is that you can flavorize your crust for free! Choose Cajun, poppy seed, sesame seed, parmesan, romano, butter, garlic, or turbo(a combination of romano, butter, and garlic). Jet’s menu also includes wings, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, sandwiches, and salads. TASTE Several of Jet’s menu items intrigue me, but I just can’t bring myself to order anything other than deep dish. It’s so good! I once tried Jet’s thin crust on someone else’s dime. The crust wasn’t quite as thin as it has been on other STL-style pizzas I’ve had, but it was good. It just wasn’t /as/good as that delightful Detroit-style deep dish, which is similar to that of Little Caesars. In my opinion, however, Jet’s is so much better. Served as a thick, rectangular pie with toppings all the way to edge, Jet’s deep dish is slightly chewy with a soft interior and crisp exterior. The browned – but not burnt – edges are my favorite part, so I always go for a corner piece. If you’re an edge-lover like I am, you might want to consider the 8-corner pizza: two squares of deep-dish deliciousness cut into four pieces each. It’s like a much larger version of the Baby Pan! Pan! You could call it the Adult Pan! Pan!, but depending on how hungry you are, you’ll probably need 1 – 3 other edge-lovers to share it with you. The husband and I once ordered this and had a hard time finishing it. Now we share a small deep dish. It’s cut into six slices and is a more reasonable portion for us. Of course, reasonableness goes out the window when we order it with a calorie-laden, buttery crust! :) RATING This is a clean location that is serving great pizza. If you haven’t been able to tell by now, I highly recommend the deep dish. If you like Little Caesars, I think you’ll love Jet’s. Five stars means«Woohoo! As good as it gets!» Jet’s recently switched to Pepsi, which was a huge disappointment for me. Although I’d like Jet’s more if they switched back to Coke products, the deep dish is so good that I’m going to let their soda choices slide. ;)

Boom! I don’t usually do 3 stars a place but if I do, it’s with a reason. I had to check out Jet’s because I love pizza and someone recommended me to check this place out. I also heard they make their dough in house so why not see if it literally makes them dough??? wink* I came in for lunch with a friend and we ordered some lunch size pizzas and a salad. The pricing was decent plus my friend paid for being late not that I mind but back to review. The problems arose when the heating system in Jet’s was blowing out cold air, not a problem if it was summer but it was raining outside and it was cold, 51 degrees cold. I know the cold suppose to help the appetite but down if I am getting frost bite indoors. Our pizzas also took over 40 minutes while the salad took almost 20. I mean really? It wasn’t even busy. 3 people behind us got their pizzas before us. I asked the counter worker what was going on and he apologized for the lateness with no real reason why it was taking so long for our food which came out 5 minutes after the people who got their food first after arriving behinds us. Our food comes and out and I’m blown away by how good the deep dish pizza is. I got a basic cheese and bacon and my friend got a cheese but damn, these were good pizzas. Not worth the 40 minute wait but damn they were good. Like soda for the first time in years good. Probably the best deep pizza I have ever eaten and yes I have had deep dish pizza from multiple place in Chicago and St. Louis. If you need my food cred, then you are taking Unilocal way to serious. If Jet’s hits me back up from my complaint, I am willing to have another experience at this location or another location spread out through St. Louis. I know Unilocal is not about slamming places but educating others through personal experiences so I am not giving up on Jet’s yet and before doing a real bad review I want to give the place another chance to redeem itself overall. Unilocal is more than just food, it is the overall dinning experience from start to finish, including food. McDonalds doesn’t count so stop being idiots people and slamming fast food joints just because they make you wait more than 1 minute for processed food. If you have time to complain about, then you have time to pay your child support or something. Good day! dp

My very first visit to JET. I’ve enjoyed them at events and it was time to go. It was awesome! Got the large deep square. Pepperoni and Sausage topping. There were plenty of toppings. It was a little greasy but that was expected and it was not too greasy. The crust was delicious. Crispy on the edges. Chewy but not doughy. I got the turbo which is garlic and cheese. That was unique and I enjoyed the flavor. The sauce was plentiful with a touch of sweetness while otherwise acidic. The cheese was good and not overwhelming. I look forward to returning. Note I tried to order online and it said store was closed. I called and was able to order, just couldn’t use the online coupon.

I just had all hairs cut two doors down, and it was nearing on 2 p.m. I’d had no breakfast or lunch, and I was salivating. Nobody in the house, ’cause it was after lunch hour. Counter guy recommended(since I’ve never been) a small square pizza. It’s an 8×10. That sounded pretty small to me. One topping was allowed(unless you wanted to pay extra, and I didn’t), and I chose Italian sausage. So I got it, with a major beverage, my choosing of Diet Coke. I sat at a table reading my book, really not too worried about time. I refilled my soda. The pizza came out. It was piping hot right out of the oven. Sizzling, actually. Cut into six pieces. This is kind of a deep dishy kind of pizza. It was sooo good. I ate two pieces after it got to a temperature that wouldn’t burn my mouth. The Mozz was a-plenty, the Italian sausage was full of fennel. I took 2⁄3 of it home for two more meals. The pizza cost $ 6.

Oh Jet’s — your square deep dish pizza truly is the best & worth every calorie. I grew up on this pizza(being from Michigan) & this location did not disappoint. We ordered ours for pickup but they had a nice area to sit & order a slice inside the restaurant.

Jets pizza is a Michigan favorite. Their deep dish pizza and jet bread are amazing! If you have not tried it stop in and be impressed.

Fast Pizza Spot. Walk in service and Delivery. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. Kid friendly. Excellent place for teams to go after games. Lunch Special of 2 slices and a soda is $ 5.43 with tax. Very filling. The best part of this pizza is where the cheese gets a little toasted on the edges– yummy. They use mozzarella cheese. Thick crust pizza. Not gourmet– but worth a try. I would say Jet’s is most like Pizza Hut.
