A bunch of employees standing around chatting. Employees were arguing to see who would actually do work and make the food. Very unorganized and very unsanitary. People making food were not wearing hair nets. The trash collected outside the establishment was taken through the areas where food is made. Obviously management and supervision is slacking. Food was made well, just dissapointed with the sanitary aspects and lack of customer service.

NEVERGOHERE! My husband and I just wanted a simple breakfast after an exhausting week. He ordered the pancakes & sausage platter and I the double croissan’wich with sausage & bacon. Sounds simple right? They put his platter in a salad bowl! My sandwich was burnt and missing the bacon that was supposed to be paired with the sausage. Lastly, my hash browns were cold. The only thing that they go right was the sweet tea and my orange juice. From now on we will take the extra drive to Village at Waugh Chapel. At least it won’t leave a bad taste in my mouth.

While I’m standing here waiting on my 36 pieces of French toast to be made(LOL), I can write a quick review. It’s clean and quiet in here first thing in the AM. No complaints from me at all. They even gave my 2 boys free cups for sodas while we waited. About 6 mins later, we had our 36 pieces of French toast and a bag of syrup and of course and OJ for me.

Have gone through their drive thru twice. Both times the service was very slow(once almost 15 minutes), both times out order was filled incorrectly. The second time we called back once we got home and caught the errors, the manager told us to keep the receipt and bring it on our next visit and we would get our order filled correctly for free(since we got two kids meals vice regular orders — a difference of almost $ 10.00). On our next visit we brought the receipt in but the manager refused to honor their offer and correct the error. Bad service with no desire to correct an error that cost I money — you won’t get my business again.

I usually avoid this location because years ago I saw a young worker deal with the trash and come right in and take orders! I stopped going to this location about 7 years ago because of that! However, I was in the area and thought, that dirty boy couldn’t possibly still work here and perhaps they have been better about their hygiene practices, so why not! I ordered my food and they young lady at the drive thru was nice and friendly while taking my order! But hey, its Burger King! The food was good and it was quick!

This restaurant is located off of Route 3 and is in a strip mall plaza. The food is good and the service is courteous and prompt. Got me wishing I had some BK right now!!!

I stopped in for some fast food on my way home from the Maryland Renaissance Festival — I’m trying to cut most fast food out of my diet — but I was to damn hungry. I’ve always been a fan of Burger King’s fried chicken sandwich, but it’s been a long time since I’ve had a good one — the Burger King in Centreville always screws up the sandwich somehow. Anyway, I ordered the Chicken Club — with cheese and onions added. The sandwich was perfect. The chicken was hot and crisp, the bacon was crisp — not soggy and undercooked and the lettuce, tomatoes and onion were fresh and crisp. The fries were also perfectly done.
