Celebree Learning Centers

I have mixed feelings about writing this review…
I loved Celebree when they first opened in late 2013, however I am not sure what has changed but the quality has vastly gone down! The employees have been leaving (literally) month after month, as of late, and the personnel in the office seem too busy to address the parents concerns, if you can catch them. When you try to contact corporate to get some answers, you get even less help. They tell you to contact the district manager and she does not return phone calls apparently. The education they provide is the reason I chose this school, however that seems to be lacking. I moved my daughter to a school that has captured her attention to the point she comes home and can teach me what she has been learning, whereas before she would just say «we played on the playground». I am not sure what changed…(side bar) they did recently switch directors, but I cannot for sure say that’s why the turn-​over, reduction in quality, and all around difference.
In the beginning they would have gotten a 5 star rating for their teachers alone! Now I have to rate them at a 2 for the following reasons…
*Cleanliness– supposedly the facility is cleaned every weekend (or something like that), but bathrooms are yuck! The floors are yuck! There is a difference between cleaning and surface cleaning and that I what they seem to do
*Education– see personal note above
*Front Office– before my departure they were never there, when you tried to talk to them they rushed you
*Staff– Although they are nice, I do not believe all of them are as attentive to the children as they should be
It is as if Celebree is trying to expand, however they are losing the quality along the way, it is sad because as a parent finding childcare and tough and when you finally find the one you love and over time what you thought was great is not so great, it disheartening. I am grateful for the good times there, but for those searching now… I would avoid for the time being.

I love love love this daycare! We pulled our toddler out of another school in the area because I felt the «teachers» hated their jobs and sat around and watched them play, I want my kid to have activities and have teachers interact with him. The moment I walked in the door, it felt right! Great teachers (they are or working towards an education degree) the director is amazing and friendly. This new location is beautiful and fairly easy to get to. I worked in a daycare when I was in HS, so I had high expectations, this place is above and beyond what I wanted. So happy for Unilocal,that I could write this for them and it guided me to find it.
