Service was ok. My sister and I went for a bite to eat and to catch up. So we ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. Big mistake. It came out cold. We sent them back. It came out warmer but it was not good. The pasta was under cooked and was like paste. There was no seasoning only sprinkled on the top. I’ve had this before so I knew that what I got was wrong. No manager came only the waiter came to apologize. The only thing that save the experience was my presidente Margarita. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We rolled into this joint after my sons hockey game just up the street in Cromwell. There were 11 in our party and we sat on the bar side so we could properly view the AFC championship game. Food and service were ok. They did forget my entrée so I had to wait while the other 10 in my party chowed, but they were gracious enough to comp my meal. The food is not bad but if I have my druthers in these situations I’d rather go to a local place with the same bar style fare.

This location is in big trouble! The service alone is killing it. My wife and I swing by for a few drinks and wings while waiting for a friend. The bar was was half full and the place wasn’t too busy. The bar tender had her back to us for about 5 minutes while she spoke to her personal friends. After she finally got our drinks they were fine. It took 45 min for the wings to come out. The manager came out twice to apologize. At this point we said we’ll take them go. Another 10 min goes by and they finally come out. We get in the car and find out that they gave us an incorrect order. Back inside I go… Listen this location sucks and there’s no other way to put it. The food is so so to start with for a chain place but the service is so bad. Get your shit together or close!!!

I have given chillis at least 3 opportunities to do what a good restaurant should. These guys suck!!! Every time i get food to go it’s cold and made incorrectly. I’m never eating there again. Fuck these assholes!!!

NEVERAGAIN! Went for late lunch @2pm was about to sit in the bar area when the server in the bar area said that they wouldn’t serve me quickly and I should sit in the main dining area as the service would be quicker. After speaking with the manager my «late lunch» arrived @ 4pm as I was leaving. There were only 3 people seated in the main area and all I ordered was a Turkey BLT. Come on ridiculous! I would give it ZERO if I could. Never going back never recommend. Another who was there when I was waited an hour just to get chips and salsa.

Food and service was fine but I have a huge gripe. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they put these tablets on every table with games to play, it’s a lame excuse to not interact with your company. Also, the sounds are extremely annoying and it’s rude for the tables around you to have chiming bells and crap your entire meal

Chilis used to be my favorite place, but until recently I experienced some terrible service. I usually don’t complain about the food either, but this time even that wasn’t what I expected. Our waitress got our drinks quick and that was about the only good thing from my last visit. It wasnt even busy and we waited and waited to order. Atleast 10 minutes later we put our order in for some steak fajitas, a flatbread, and small chicken dish. We asked that they be brought out together. Then we waited and waited some more somewhere around 20 minutes later… our food comes out. The flatbread was completly burnt on the bottom, and the steak for the fajitas was raw. I asked the waitress to bring us a new flatbread, and to cook the steak a little more. You would think I was asking for her first born child. After another round of waiting and waiting. Probably another 20 minutes. Our food comes back, and of course now its completely wrong in the opposite way. Steak over cooked, and flatbread raw. After all this, we had to beg her for refills on our drinks, we paid, and I left Chilis extremely dissapointed. The only reason I didnt give a one star is because I used to love Chilis so much, and I’m not sure what happened but I really dont think I would go there again.

Our waiter was nice but not very attentive even though it was dead when we came in. We didn’t get any water refills and didn’t get checked on. Food took a long time but was tasty. The other table got chips and we didn’t. I think the chips are supposed to be free. Whatever. No chips for us. Ehh. It’s chillis.

We went back for the first time in months and it seems to have only gotten worse. We sat in the bar because we were in a hurry. We did the 2 for 20 gimmick. Our waiter was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. His name was Brian and he was very nice and attentive despite being busy. Looked like he was the only one doing work. Our cheese fries came out pretty fast, but were pretty cold and the cheese was hard and they forgot our ranch. I ordered the chicken crispy crispers and my boyfriend got the quesedilla. The food took a little while to come out, but not totally unreasonable for a busy Saturday night. My food was luke warm at best. But we had to be at a comedy show and in the past when I had cold food, it took forever to come back, so I ate it.

Our server Lindsey was awesome! The food was delicious as always and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. Never too busy! We sat at the bar and had prompt service. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich. The bread was awesome and the chicken was juicy. My fiancé had a quesadilla and it couldn’t have been better! Like I said before, the service here is always phenomenal but if you were to come, definitely ask for Lindsey! We loved her!

Sorry to say but after a bad experience with takeout waiting 1 ½ hrs we tried it again on 10÷15÷14 for spencer elementary school. the salmon was all dried out sent our steak. back 3 times just a real bad experience sorry but they have no clue what they are doing

I took my daughter here for her 20th birthday. The food took forever to come out and when it did arrive it was cold. My daughter sent her order of wings back, which took another 15 minutes. The floor was disgusting and our table was sticky and when sitting down in our booth my daughter sat in something wet. This place needs a good cleaning and what make matters worst is when arriving home I noticed that I was doubled charged for the wings. I guess when she sent her wings back(because they were cold) I was charged for another order. I called the store and was told it would be issued back unto my card, that was a week ago. I will never eat here again!

This was my 3rd time here. I often stay at the hotel nearby, and the convenience is what makes me decide to go here. This will be my last though. I, like many, say that the service and food just gets worse and worse here. Furthermore, when you say something, it seems that they just don’t care. It must happen so often that it is business as usual. I am convinced, that if it wasn’t for being in the same parkinglot as the hotel, this place would already be out of business. I have given the place more than a fair shot, but I will find some where else to go on all future trips.

For being a corporate restaurant it has some good qualities such as a good bar selection and not a bad selection of food for everyone including children. The children’s booklet sucks, it’s geared towards older children.

Came back with a $ 15GC they sent me after the fiasco last time. Worth giving them a second chance. $ 5 apps before 6, so we decided to make a meal of it. Southwest Eggrolls, Wings, Sliders, Onion Rings, Fries.etc. Everything was fresh and good. No complaints on service this time and the manager came over to apologize for last time. Redeemable.
