I’m incredibly disappointed with beggars pizza in Crown Point. I had a birthday party for my two children, one and four, and I didn’t get one slice of pizza. The server didn’t introduce herself to me. The only time she ever spoke to me was when I was running around the restaurant looking for someone who worked there because we had no plates, cups, silverware, napkins, and for God’s sake pizza. When I called to tell the manager, Jillian, she made excuses (she was working at the time and never came back to check on the party). Then she said to me,“I can’t do anything for you, you should have said something to me yesterday. I’m not sure what you want me to do.” Outrageous. The worst part is that the pizza is so good. I will have to make the trek out to Winfield for pickup.

Great food but marginal service at best. The «manager» on a Saturday night was doing nothing while the bartender had to help out the ONE waitress. Definitely need a new person running things to bring he service up. But man the pizza is GOOD.
