The only reason why I am giving this restaurant 2 stars is because our waitress was super nice. However, I was very disappointed with our food and management. Our waitress had told us that there were some issues in the kitchen and we were very understanding. We got our food and the fries with cheese and bacon my boyfriend got with his meal were so old and gross you could flip the basket they were in and they wouldn’t even move. He then dropped it on the table and it was so hard it sounded like he dropped a rock on the table. Then I bit into my wrap that I ordered with no tomato or lettuce and I could taste the lettuce. However, when I looked in the wrap there was no lettuce, leading me to believe that they put lettuce on it and realized it before it left the kitchen so they picked it out. Seriously?! Being in the food industry myself I know that is a big no no!!! What if I had an allergy? A new wrap should have just been made. What a lousy way to save a buck. Because of this incident they will lose my business completely which was worth much more than $ 5 worth of product… and finally, when the manager came to replace my boyfriend’s fries he said he was going to take the fries off of the bill and of course he didn’t, but at that point we didn’t even say anything because we didn’t want to be stuck there another 20 minutes. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to.

Every time I order take out from this restaurant my order is somehow screwed up. I usually have to go back to pick up something from the order that has been forgotten. Today, I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 5:30. My husband and I got there at 5:30, he went in and had to wait 20 more minutes to get our order. I asked him if they went over the order, but he had forgotten I ordered a salad. So, we had to turn around and go back to get my salad and dipping sauces for my naked tenders. When I arrived back at the restaurant, I went back inside and had to wait another 5 minutes to be helped while the manager was on the phone with another disgruntled patron. While the manager was on the phone there was an employee standing there listening while she took the call instead of helping the customers standing at the counter?! I had to approach him in order to get the rest of my order for my already cold food. Needless to say, this will be the last time I visit this restaurant. Shame on me for giving them yet another try.

We waited 40 minutes for our food. When we finally got it, it was cold. The buffalo chicken ranch wrap had no buffalo sauce on it! Our fries defied gravity. When we sat down our table sticky. I had to clean it. One of the kids spilled pop, I had to clean that up too! I would give it negative stars if I could! Awful experience.

Walked into buffalo Wild wings in crown point and was promptly greeted by a friendly hostess, i told her I would be sitting at the bar and grabbed a seat. I was waited on by a guy named Ben he was very friendly and he wasn’t a fat hipster like most of the other employees. I give Ben and this b dubs an A plus

Few places have fallen further than BW3 in recent years. First, almost any place has wings at least this good anymore, especially given their prices. Second, their stupid policy of going to weight instead of # of wings — STUPID. Third — and this is peculiar to this particular BW3 — no drink specials — EVER. Yeah, really. 2 mediocre«tall» draft beers and 10 wings ran me $ 28.00 — ONTUESDAYWINGNIGHT. BW3 and their scumball CEO, Sally Smith, know their time is limited too. As they have kept failing in trying to introduce new menu items — due to the fact that they are cheap a** F***** who could care less about the consumer, but want to keep their ridiculously inflated stock price up there — they realize themselves that failure is near. That’s why a few months ago they sold off about 45 BW3s in the St. Louis area to another company, who continues to run them, but you don’t know they do. Service in a restaurant is little more than a minor factor and can’t make up for the massive overall disappointment in the main items.

Sports and food. There is not a better combination. So why don’t you come to Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is not the best but you watch any game that is on. So you can watch Duke win 2015 March Madness and enjoy some good food.

Food is always great but service not up to par. Almost every single time I’m here, we always sit at least 10 minutes before a server comes to the table… even on slow nights. My biggest problem with bdubs is they have«strongbow» listed as one of their ciders, but the last time I went, the waitress informed that they don’t have it and that they never have had that hard cider. Little pissed off that they have it listed but don’t carry it. It’s my favorite hard cider.

I’m not much of a chicken wing person but I enjoy the location and coming here. I usually sit in the bar because that’s where the best service is. Angela, our waitress, the other night rocked out. She was serving the whole bar and barely skipped a beat. The beers are completely over priced but I guess if you are only going for a few it’s with it. It’s a weird location but nice that it’s close to home for me.

Very disappointed in the food(sent it back) & service was just ok. I probably won’t be going back with my family for a while. My bill for a family of 5 was over $ 100, which would have been ok if the cocktails were good. Margarita was BLAH– definitely not worth $ 8. I used to love the place but our normal waitresses all work in the bar now(they were great) the new servers are just not very good!!!

This is one of the strangest Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. It’s in a weird location in Crown Point. It’s bar food. If you’ve ever been to Bdubs, then you know how it is. Wings and waffle fries! Why would you come for anything else?! The bar area looks pretty neat, but if you’re just coming here for dinner with family, there is hardly any seating. Plenty of parking space, though!

Every time we go here something is messed up. Last time we ordered my wife ordered I picked up, they gave us no ranch that comes with the meal of wings. They blamed me for them not being in there. I was shown what was In the bag. Come on those sides come with the order yeah you showed me the food am ideally suppose to think oh the ranch show me the ranch sauce. Please.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is very close to I-65, and while traveling back to Chicago from Nashville, we were hungry and the typical road stops wouldn’t suffice. The wings were the BEST we’ve had at a BWW. There weren’t any dry pieces, and when we ordered our wings«wet,» we definitely got what we ordered! The menu at this BWW is slightly different than that in the Chicago ‘burbs. For one thing, brews from Evil Czech are available. Outside of Evil Czech, I’ve never seen their beer listed on a menu. Second, the wings are offered in different portion sizes. Instead of your typical 8, 12, 18, etc. you order wings in «small, medium, large,» and it gives an approximation of how many wings you will get. This is really strange since this is a corporate chain, and even though it doesn’t make much of a difference, it was worth noting. This location looks pretty new, so I hope that their quality won’t slip like so many other locations.

Good atmosphere to watch sports and do trivia. The food is okay, and the drinks are a bit on the pricy side. The drink specials are nothing to sway me to go there. Not a bad place at all though, usually a good time and consistent food.

I’ve been here several times in the last year but I’m new to Unilocal so here’s my review. The outside is great because there is nothing around it. Once inside the general seating area is seperated from the bar not like most BW3’s…it’s actually seperated by an actual(window) wall. The seperation was/is good as I believe you used to be able to smoke in the bar(not sure if you still can), which if you are a smoker is great if you can watch«the game» and smoke at the same time. The place is always clean and the employees are a-ok, not the best but not the worst. The food again… not the best but not the worst. I usually go here with my 3 boys and they enjoy the chicken tenders and fries plus you can’t beat watching a sporting event at this place — they are young enough that they just love all of the TV’s. What I like best about this place is that I(we) never have to wait to be seated and the turnaround time for food is always fast. I take away two stars due to average service and average food.

Came for the notre dame Alabama championship game. Bar is super packed with tons of notre dame fans screaming at the tv. Threw my pop at the tv n our waitress was sooo cool about it haha cleaned it up and brought me another one lol service is great and the wings are always delicious. Only thing that would make it better would be a Notre Dame win tonight, LETSGOIRISH! :)

We dined in the bar on wing Tuesdays. It wasn’t crowded at all, which was nice because we were hungry. There wasn’t a hostess to be seen so we sat ourselves. The bar area wasn’t crowded at all. It was a surprise to see some of the tables dirty given how slow it was. Our server came by right away and set the drink napkins down on the dirty table. I had to ask him to clean it before doing that. Other then that, he was very attentive. The wings were good as usual. I ordered 6 Asian Zing. They were tasty and zingy. We tried the jammin jalapeño which was less hot then the Asian zing. I wish this was my local bdubs because of the friendly servers. I will come back next time I’m in the area.

This place is in the middle of nowhere. That’s why I came here. I will give it that it’s new and the place is still spottless. And since it was wing Tuesday, that’s what I had. With the Asian Zing sauce. They actually were pretty good. And the service was right on the ball. As I came here for lunch. I had a soda. But I noticed that this is more of a beer crowd. They don’t care if they have to go back to work?
