This is a location that, for me, fluctuates from 3 to 4 stars every other time I’m here. I’m calling it 4 stars, to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the service has been inconsistent over the dozens of times we’ve been here so call it rounding up from 3.5. In the past, we’ve celebrated my son’s birthday here and it was excellent. The party hosts really took care of everything from the food, to the cake and even preparing the birthday celebrants for Chuck to come out and sing with them. We found the attention to be very accommodating, and we were able to spend more time with our guests. On occasion, the service has been poor, with some employees struggling to maintain some semblance of interest or energy. This last time we were here to celebrate the end of the school year. For sure this time, the management was overly accommodating and helpful. We took advantage of the afternoon buffet, and they provided us with gluten-free pizzas, though not a standard. We were even offered more mid-meal! That’s what I call service! The games and entertainment were still appropriate for my 6, and 2 year old, so we were able to get an hour and a half of solid engagement. The standard thin crust pizzas are excellent(crunchy with a tart sauce and loads of cheese), a guilty pleasure of mine. The gluten-free option is also pretty good, but it definitely lacks the crispness of traditional crust. We’ll continue to come back, but only when the kids ask. :)

It’s OK… I mean I have been taking my 6 year old son here few times a year for the past few years. As I do visit other locations in other states as well with my boy. But it’s good for kids under the age of 12. I feel like more then half of the games are lame as hell but some of the kids tend to like it. My boy likes playing that batman video game and few others. My request to Chuck E Cheese Corporate Management would be try and change out your games at least every 4 to 6 months. I hate seeing the same stuff year after year. Also the Pizza tastes like crap I know it’s frozen but try put some effort in a better food selection in the quality of the Pizza’s. Also a note for the customers watch out when using the kiosk machine using a credit card getting tokens. I always get shorted on tokens either they do it on purpose or there really is a problem with the kiosk machine.

So these places are no parents favorite, no doubt about it. But honestly, they were so wonderful there today with my two kiddos *one and three* that I can’t resist giving them a major shout out for their efforts. I can’t say I’ve been to many of these in my adult life, long ago maybe when I was a kid, but honestly, it was clean the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and my two little ones smiled the whole time. That’s the point right? Lastly, when my son went to cash out his ticket value and the«gift» counter he wanted something much higher in value than he was eligible for — without making him feel badly the attendant did a great job of enthusiastically showing him the items that he COULD get. Turning a potentially negative experience into something that was fun and engaging. I’m thankful for that!

How horrible the women’s restroom was not working. I was told to go next door to outback steak house. I asked if outback knew that costumers were coming over to use the restroom. I was told by the young girl guarding the door she didn’t know. I thought it was against health dept codes to not have a working facility they were supposed to close.

Great new place … Had huge fun time hosting son’s birthday party recently. Nice kid friendly ambiance. Many new games and attractions. Yummy food, value for price and overall entertainment one has.

This Chuck E Cheese is cleaner than most places. The bathrooms were even clean. Kids had a blast. Pizza taste is good, Soda was fresh, overall the place was clean considering it’s run by kids(not in the literal sense I’m just saying with all the kids its still kept up).

Ive been coming to this place since my daughter was born, almost 8 years. We always had great times here and no complaints until today. My daughters, their godmother and I stopped in for some fun after watching a movie. We walked in around 8:30 pm and went straight to playing games. Around roughly 8:55 my daughters godmother was told they were done, they were closing. So we hurried up and went straight to the ticket center. We still had $ 10 worth of tokens, but I thought, no problem .We can save them for next time. We were in the middle of redeeming our tickets when all of a sudden the ticket machines were turned off & we still had more tickets in our hands and no printed receipt for the 230 tickets we had to rapidly feed the machine. I was upset because of course this is par t that kids look forward to. The prizes! So I made a complaint to the staff and she was real snotty and rude. Her reply was«Well we close at 9.“At that moment I asked to speak to a manager which was pointless. He was just as rude and unhelpful. He said the machines shut off automatically at 9 because that’s the time they close. I responded by telling him«I thought you closed at 10, I mean most places during the summer close at 10.“He then said«No we close at 9, It says it on the door.“Like im blind or something. So obviously it was my fault for not reading the signs on the door so I deserved to be kicked out. I told him they could have warned us 15 minutes before through their speakers.& he told me that they couldnt. Really!!! I thought. Youve got to be kidding. So I just decided to get something for my daughter worth 200 tickets. She obviously had more and the manager did offer us 300 tickets as an apology. I didnt accept them because now it wasnt about the tickets. Now what bothered me was the fact that they were extremely rude and argumentive. I was wrong and they werent. If they plan to stay in business then they should act like one. You dont go out to a place and enjoy getting kicked out like that. I will not be returning to this place ever again. It was totally emberassing, specially since we werent the only ones.

We always enjoy coming here. The kids are guaranteed to have a good time, and the parents get to sit back and relax with a nice cold beer. The all-you-can eat salad bar is modest but actually pretty good. We have never left here disappointed.

The kids had fun, but we found there were only a few of the games that really interested them. The majority of the game are for tokens and the tokens buy you nothing but crap. Better off going somewhere and having a decent meal and playing games in your backyard… it’ll taste better and be cheaper.
