I’ve shopped her multiple times but recently became fed up with their customer service. I went into their store to buy my mom a Brighton birthday gift in September. I accidentally got a size too big so she went to exchange it and there were no rings of the correct size in stock. So the sales associate said she would order it and it would be in within a few weeks. When my mom hadn’t heard from them in over 3 weeks she went in and they still don’t have it. No one called her to give her an update on the status of her return. Upon her visit to the store they informed her that her order was still not in and it might be in on Monday (another 5 days away). So now it will be December before she gets her ring… 3 months later!!! So disappointing. Next time I’ll just go to woodfield.
