Lumber Liquidators

Just finished doing most of my house in Hickory Hardwood flooring and it turned out way better than I ever imagined!!! Much better quality and price than Home Depot, Menards and Lowes. The service in CL was top notch and highly appreciated. Great Job guys! I’d recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone for flooring especially Hardwood floors!

We just finished installing our bamboo floors and we love them! Lumber Liquidators gave us a great price and have been super helpful during our multiple phone calls and store visits! We ordered our floors and were told that they were in stock. They were delivered the next day and we had nothing but good experiences with this store so far. We also purchased the floor care package from them and I love the bamboo floor cleaner. I was hesitant to order through them due to the previous reviews but I also know that people tend to only comment about negative experiences. I highly recommend this business!

I wish I had read the other review before I gave LL over 5,000 of my hard earned money. The delivery of my product was a major pain. But the worst part of the whole experience isn’t LL, it’s who they contract the job out to. A to Z contractors is a joke. They failed to alert me that my floor isn’t level (couldn’t tell with the padding and carpet before) so now I have to live with a floor that feels like I’m always walking into holes. I don’t have money to fix it now.
There is one gentleman that was a good worker in the crew of 5, the others don’t speak English and cover your yard in cigarette butts. I was going to have a bannister installed through LL but remembered how badly there contractors screwed me. If my vendors screw me I make it up to my customers who get caught in the crossfire, these guys don’t give a damn

I will be as factual as possible in order not to be influenced by my emotions. So you judge:
Problem 1: After visiting the store and being told that the floor was in stock, our order had the wrong quantity
Problem 2: After viewing my credit card statement, I realized I was overcharged. I called and discussed the issue with a «manager» who said he would fix it and send me the receipt. One month has passed and no receipt.
Problem 3: We received the samples in the mail and you guessed it, they were the wrong samples!
Problem 4: But wait! There is more! After being told that the floor would arrive at our house a week later. I found out after calling the store, that the wood would not be available for another month.
Problem 5: I kid you not folks! After calling the store over and over we finally got the floor a week later and was told the floor needs to cure for a month.
Problem 6: I know you are getting bored so I will make this the last one. I called customer service who was very nice and promised that after filling out my survey I would get a call from a Regional Manager. I was either dreaming or my phone, on its own, decided to reject the call because I have yet to receive a call from Lumber Liquidators.
This story does have a happy end so far. The floor is nice and the price was great but everything else was… You decide.
