This place has turned into a pig sty. Everything is sticky. The employees look un groomed. It is obviously a serious management problem going on. When this placed first opened it had good service and food. Not now. Don’t waste your money. Go to chilies or glory days.

Ugh… Poor service! We ended up ordering 2 beers and about 15 mins later got them, while at the bar drinking them, we were told happy hour ends in 3 mins, we asked for our tab and left after that! Understaffed ??? Not sure, but we won’t be back any time in the near future.

Awesome service and the food was fantastic! Love those biscuits. Salad bar is always stocked well with a great variety. Our waitress was super nice(Katherine). Manager working the dinner service was the sweetest lady ever!!!

Overheard kitchen staff tell another kitchen staff member who dropped a hamburger multiple times to just pick it up and put it back on the plate.

My husband and I went here the other night. It was bad all the way around. Bar wasn’t very fresh. Food wasn’t very good. Chicken taste like rubber. The price was crazy! We will not be going back there at all.

This rating is for our server, Carter. My family was greeted by the manager because Carter was swamped when we got there. The manager took our order and I ended up with an over cooked steak, and my boyfriend and I both received the wrong veggies, but Carter was quick to say he’d take care of it and made my family feel very taken care of. I really look forward to having him again and as a server at a 5 star rated establishment I say Carter holds a great amount of potential. Thank you, again!

Standard Ruby Tuesday menu. Bourbon Salmon was a bit heavy on the sauce. Salmon salad was very good. Substitution of goat cheese for blue cheese was no problem. Wait staff was attentive and efficient. Restaurant was neat and clean

an average Ruby Tuesdays experience, I got a burger with the garden bar for a side. My burger was done correctly and was very tasty. It is a pretty good experience and I would go there again.

My family went here for lunch on Independence Day 2013. They only had three servers on and not bus staff. We waited almost an hour for the five of us to be seated. Once we were seated, it took another 20 minutes until we placed a drink order, then 15 more minutes until the drinks showed up. The server tried but they were WAY understaffed. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. We’ll likely choose a different of the many area restaurants in the area next time we eat out in Culpepper.

Had one of the best experiences of any Ruby Tuesdays here. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Food was very good and prompt. Garden bar was great. Culpeper Ruby Tuesdays is definitely one of the better ones out there!

Stopped in here last night since we hadn’t been in awhile, & unfortunately we both decided that this was the last time we’ll be gracing their doorstep. Since it was 8 p.m. on a Friday night, place was packed, but we were still seated promptly & cheerfully. This time we didn’t even laugh when the BRAND-NEW&COMPLETELYDIFFERENT menus were placed before us. We’ve gotten used to the fact that one NEVER gets the same menu twice at Ruby Tuesday. This new version — black background with very small white lettering was extremely annoying & extremely difficult to read; especially in the relatively dim lighting. Our two little quarter-size complementary«cheese biscuits» were brought out promptly along with our beverages — one water & one ice tea. We ordered one Turkey Burger, one Blue Cheese Burger, along with the«Salad Bar»(or as they now call it — the«Garden Bar»). The salad bar was even more pathetic than the last time. Now instead of 3 large bowls of greens(one mixed baby lettuce, one romaine, & one spinach), they now have a small cheap plastic bin divided into 4 smaller bins(I kid you not — like maybe 9″ x 9″) with mixed baby lettuce, spinach, romaine, & iceberg. Problem is, the tiny bins are SO tiny that after just a couple of people go through, they’re empty — & there’s no one there refilling them. We were barely able to get enough greens to make a salad. In addition, they’ve reduced — yet again — the variety of vegetables & toppings. I didn’t think they could get more bare bones with the salad bar selection after our last visit, but they proved me wrong. Burgers arrived on dry, cold(not even warmed or toasted) obviously stale buns, & the complementary sides of onion rings & broccoli? Onion rings were overcooked & flavorless; broccoli had been cooked to mush. Service was excellent — no complaints there. And what did we pay for this delightful meal after taxes & tip? $ 40.00! For one water, one ice tea, two stale burgers, horrid sides, &2 meager salads. Never again, thank you. We’ve had our fill of Ruby Tuesday.

This is probably the last time that we will visit. Salad bar was nerot kept up at all, had to wait on several items to be re-stocked. Biscuits did not come to the table until after we recived our entrees. Entrees took 25 minutes to get there. Lobster pasta had no lobster, cajun pasta had no flavor. Server never offered dessert. Bathrooms a mess.

I hate chain restaurants and don’t go to them if I can help it. I went this time because RT has a salad that I like, and I was starving. Lo and behold, it’s not on their menu anymore, so I ended up getting a soup and salad from their salad bar, which was very limited and in desperate need of refreshing. I do like that they have edamame on their salad bar, though. The soup took way too long to get to me. I didn’t think it took that long to ladle from a tureen and drop it off. They weren’t very busy, either. But it was good. Broccoli cheddar.

As far as Ruby Tuesdays goes, it’s one of the better ones I’ve been to. Cocktails are always $ 5 which is a plus. They have a good salad bar & the menu is always changing for the better. They’ve done a lot with the place & it shows.

One of the better Ruby Tuesdays. We usually eat at the bar. Bartenders are excellent. Measured drinks though… not like some of the other bars in town. I usually order the steak and lobster and it is always cooked the way I like it. Definitely not your usualy Ruby Tuesday!
