Great place to dine! Delicious food! The waiter is always friendly and on top of his game. And if you’re not one for dining in, you can always order and take out

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was great. I don’t know why there seem to be so many Peruvian places in Virginia… I’ve randomly seen 3 on this trip. the chicken was the best rotisserie chicken I have ever had, which has been a lot. They also had great iced tea. My husband had the gyro sandwich which he enjoyed. Prices were reasonable.

This place has one of THEBEST lunches in town. For @$ 6, their ¼ rotisserie chicken with fried plantains and side salad is wonderful! The people are great there and I love the Peruvian flair to their food. I’ve yet to taste everything on the menu but what I have had has been great. Highly recommended.

I frequent here often. and each time. the service is getting worse. I get the same thing every time. Today. no coffee. no jelly and no service. no followup if I need anything. And there is only 6 people in here… so it’s not busy… Guess what, no tip.

In summer be sure to ask Luis and Maria about the avocado and crab salad and get the flor de Jamaica drink or Chicha morada which is tasty, Peruvian and very good for your heart. Bön apetit

In town for lunch late on a Sunday afternoon, which can be hard time to find a place open. 4Cs was open, so we stopped in. I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much from the outside appearance. I was pleasantly surprised that it was large, bright and very clean inside. We were greeted immediately and again surprised by the variety of offerings on the menu; Peruvian specialties, salads, grilled seafood, pita and hummus, sandwiches, soup, milkshakes, coffee drinks and desserts. The hummus appetizer was on the table within minutes of placing the order –mmm warm pita and homemade hummus. The spices on the shrimp and scallops in the grilled seafood salad were so tasty. Sweet Tea was fresh, cold and in a large glass. The servings were plenty enough and the prices reasonable. Our server was very friendly and introduced his family to us. I don’t get to Culpeper often, but plan to stop in again when I’m in town.

As a visitor in the town, I came in this restaurant on July 4. I asked one of the servers if I should sit anywhere, and they said wherever I wanted. I chose my seat, and waited 5 – 10 minutes, spending my time reading a magazine they had there. Nobody came by, nobody brought a menu. Left to go next door; no service = no food. Apparently the neighboring restaurant is connected. Had I known this, I would have gone to a completely different location.

Had a great dinner here with a family group that ranged from 91 to 24, converging on Culpeper from Charlottesville, Northern Virginia and Minnesota, and we were all really pleased with our experience. The server was very attentive, cheerful and well informed. The food was very reasonably priced – as in inexpensive, and it was abundant and delicious. I was dubious about choosing an entrée that included rice because I really hate converted or instant rice which is what I feared would be offered here, but I was very happy to be served perfectly cooked long grain rice with my dinner. Dessert was a must with a big selection of Hershey’s ice cream to choose from. We will happily return to The 4 C’s Restaurant.

I went here for the first time today with my sister & parents. My parents come here every now & then, but it was my first time. I had a sweet tea with a steak & cheese sub. The tea was great & the glasses are a really good size. The sub was very good — I subbed fries for the chips it was supposed to come with. My mom’s order came out wrong, but it was an easy fix(she asked for it plain, they put everything on it — she picked it off). They also forgot her fries, & it did take like 10 minutes, but they brought them out to her. For 4 of us, it was $ 36 for lunch. Not too shabby!

We have only tried breakfast here, which is generally good. They do make a mean Greek Feta Omelette! My wife raves about their French Toast as well. Typical small town diner atmosphere. This place seems to attract a lot of the after church crowd on Sunday mornings.
