Very convenient for people taking TOEFL or GRE at Prometric Testing Center. Open from 7:30am. I think minimum $ 10 charge on card. Very pleasant and cooperative staff if you’re in rush. No drive through but has plenty of parking spots in the business building area.

Found this place on Unilocal as I was in the area for a meeting. I needed a quick breakfast and there wasn’t anything in the surrounding area. Coffee Buna is not easy to find — it’s located in one of the corporate business centers. But once you drive into the parking lot, look for the signs that say«Coffee» and they will lead you past the testing center to the Coffee Buna. Esther greeted me warmly upon my arrival. There isn’t seating in the coffee shop, but there are a few patio seats outside. I ordered a coffee and the breakfast burrito, which cost $ 7.30 total –reasonable for the portion and quality of food. The breakfast burrito was DELICIOUS –Potatoes, bacon, egg, salsa. I really enjoyed the food, price and service at Coffee Buna. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Hidden Gem! The only thing that makes Monday mornings tolerable is this sweet little café tucked away in the courtyard of a pretty nondescript building. It took me a while to find it, but when I did Monday mornings changed for the better. The lady who runs the place is kind and very attentive, to drowsy heads especially. She makes a mean latte and a wonderful egg-salad sandwich, which, admittedly, is an unconventional yet quite satisfying breakfast choice. The sandwiches are made fresh to order, come with a side salad and are big! So when I get one for breakfast, I’ll save half for lunch. When’s the last time you ate breakfast AND lunch for less than $ 10.00? Enjoy! PS. Credit/Debit cards require a $ 10.00 min purchase, so it’s preferable to have cash. There is an atm machine there; not sure of the fee.

This is a great little café tucked in an office building, if you work nearby, come to Esther’s place. She’s so sweet. I recommend the chorizo burrito for breakfast and the chicken melt for lunch. No fries on the menu, but the rest makes up for it.

The service is excellent. We were greeted with a big smile and exuberant welcome. Service was quick. The place is quaint. Located in a small business park building, it’s tucked in the corner of the interior courtyard. The courtyard entry is on the southwest corner, the café in the southeast corner. The space is narrow and decorated in beige and light brown. It reminded me fondly of childhood visits to the Weiner King at the Jamesway Flemington Mall. The peanut butter mocha was delicious. The breakfast sandwich on croissant was ok. The croissant was a tad greasy and soft, the egg, cheese, and sausage… alright. I recommend the establishment, and will try their other foods.

All I wanted was a hot cup of coffee in the afternoon! The place was almost impossible to find. I went around the building, no sign anywhere, then asked around and finally had to use my James Bond skills to find it. Instead of telling me the coffee is cold, the lady owner tried to microwave my coffee. I stopped her since a microwaved cold coffee would be terrible to drink. She tried to add a little coffee powder to it. And sort of steam it all over … Then she tried to overcharge me. At that point, I left in a huff, never to return there!

It’s conveniently located near the class I am taking. The place is clean and my order was ready in no time. I had the breakfast bacon and egg sandwich. Simple, but yummy.

Cute place, easy to get too. The wait was minimal considering it was Sunday morning. Food was good, but not on point for the price. Service was hit and miss, but waitstaff was very friendly. Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

The breakfast burritos here are bomb! Also, Sam(the owner) is a really trusting man! Everytime I forget my wallet he allows me to open a tab, and pay him back another day. This definitely means a lot and I normally go here for breakfast/lunch because this café is located right below my work. They also have a big menu for sandwiches and drinks as well.

This coffee shop is located in the heart of the Buckingham business complex. I happen to work in this complex, and it is SO nice to have Sam and his wife’s business here! They are a friendly couple that offer excellent service, and a variety of breakfast/lunch options and beverages. If you work in the complex, they will deliver to you. They will make you pretty much anything you want(whether it is on the menu or not) as long as they have the ingredients. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Some of my favorite items to order are their Monkey Mocha, any of their wraps, and their breakfast sandwiches. They currently only accept cash, but they have an ATM inside, and said that they will have a credit card machine in the near future.

I work in this business park, and come here very often. Sam and his wife are an incredibly nice Korean couple. And they both know how to cook. You would be surprised at how good the food is. I’ve had many things. I get the breakfast burrito a lot(actually I’m about to go get one now). Choice of sausage, bacon or ham, mixed with eggs potatoes, cheddar and jack cheese, and salsa. They also have breakfast sandwiches, or bagel sandwiches as I prefer. Good selection of bagels too. They have hot sandwiches(pastrami, chicken pita, tuna melt, etc.), deli sandwiches, and gourmet sandwiches that include turkey club and California club. I like the tuna wrap, made with tomatoes, cucumbers, and mayonnaise. Served with a pickle and salad on the side. Good salads. They even make pretty good burgers. Smoothies and coffee of course as well. A good selection of cold beverages, chips, and candy. There is actually really good variety for a little coffee shop and the prices are cheap. The food isn’t blow your mind food, but it is tasty and you will certainly enjoy it. I can walk from my suite and be there in 30 seconds. Sam even sometimes brings the food to me. It’s a nice little find, and if you work in nearby offices or business parks I would say make the drive. There is a little open air area with some tables for people to sit at.

Hole in the wall coffee shop, hidden in plain sight, smack dab in the middle of a business park. As far as I can tell only 2 people work here, but, man, do they GETITDONE. I have had the following at this cash-only establishment: veggie breakfast burrito & the tuna melt. I don’t think I’ll be deviating from these orders if I visit again because they are perfect. It’s like God made me that tuna melt and Buddha grilled me that veggie burrito.

You would expect a coffee shop in a business park specifically meant for a business park to be on par with a hospital cafeteria. While this is no gourmet feast, it’s right on-par with any other standard deli. Looking for a cheap breakfast before an interview I had a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee for less than 4 dollars. Expecting a rubbery and dry bagel and a watery cup of coffee I instead got one of the best bagels I’ve had since New York City, good cream cheese, and a nice strong cup of very hot coffee. They also have more interesting drinks and meals available for good prices. Tough to find because you need to walk through a dreary business park to find it, but if you’re stuck in this part of Culver City it’s probably your best bet for a quick(and filling) bite.

Considering that Coffee Buna is located in a business park, the food is a surprise. And regardless of the fact that it is located in a business park, their food is amazing and on-par with(if not better than) any other lunchtime sandwich place I can think of. They have a relatively large menu that covers both breakfast and lunch. Their breakfast sandwiches are huge and will fill you up for the day. The have a good selection of salads and sandwiches, but the highlight of the menu are their wraps. They use fresh avocado and vegetables, along with other ingredients whose quality will surprise you, again considering that it’s in an office park. The wait can be long, but they have been getting faster recently, or you can call in ahead of time and place your order for pick-up. There are a few tables inside and a nice outside sitting area, and they also do take-out. They have a large selection of sodas, juices, and vitamin water, as well as snacks such as candy, chips, and trail mix.(They even have greeting cards??) Basically. Buna is wonderful. Even though it’s the place-around-the-corner-where-I-grab-lunch-when-I-forget-to-bring-it-to-work, I find myself frequently craving it on the weekends.
