Not the best place to drink your latte but I like the accessibility. The staff was nice enough to give me a water. Spicy chorizo is quite good.

Probably THE worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. The furniture is worn and damaged, the staff seems to be poorly trained and there is no sense of customer service at all. They can only suck off of Target foot traffic for so long before Starbucks customers realize this place is total CRAP.

I’m more of a Coffee Beat & Tea Leaf kind of guy, but the last time I didn’t have cash with me so figured I’d use my Starbucks Gift Card. Long line, same bitter coffee. CBTL is right next door just downstairs! Located in the Target store, the line here always seems to be a bit long and the customers seem to take a little longer than normal to place their order. It is Starbucks though, and you know what to expect. Their lounge area though is a lot smaller than most Starbucks and also — it’s in Target so you’re not going to come here to relax. Overall, though, the quality of this Starbucks is very good and the baristas are friendly, though overworked.

This is the worst starbucks… holy shit!!!45min for one coffee cause there is no one working, the same guy take your order and make your coffee. Do some about this horrible location. And this is not the first time.

Love Starbucks but this location needs more than 2 people working one charging and one making drinks really on a mall so packed this is ridiculous I’ve been standing in line for more than 10 mins and haven’t even ordered real bad experience SMH on top of that as I ordered they told me oh by the way we don’t have any wiph cream yesterday they had the same problem … It’s inside target and I know target owns it can’t they just get some cans from target bad experiences.

I come to this Starbucks in the morning because it’s the most convenient to my work. I stood in line for over 15 mins before ordering and there were only 5 people ahead of me. I then stood and waited for over 10 mins to get my coffee. Definitely will not be coming back to this location again. This Starbucks seems to be extremely unorganized. I know I might get slayed by the Starbucks worshippers but their coffee is already at the bottom of the totem pole as far as quality. It’s basically the fast food of coffee so when I go to Starbucks that’s exactly what I expect… FAST! Signing off, Coffee Snob

The slowest and most inefficient coffee place ever. Don’t come to this Starbucks if you have a choice… Wait forever plus lousy service.

I love Starbucks, yes, I do. I love the packaged corporate experience that is predictable whether I’m in Seattle, L.A., Boulder, or Munich. The same lovely espresso beverages in a seasonal paper cup with the same experience from the line, to the complicated drink orders, to the pastry bin, etc. That said, I do not like this Starbucks and today was the last time I even attempt this painful, soul sucking line. The employees at this target always look like they are there against their will, unhappy, unwelcoming, and uninterested in serving more than one drink every 3 – 4 minutes. It’s painful. Seriously. There are no words for a Saturday morning line here. That said, my Thursday morning 8:10 a.m. Target stop to get Halloween stuff made me think the Starbucks line/experience would be better. Nope. Not even a remote chance. I had two people in front of me at 8:10. Both of whom ordered black coffees– one tall, one venti. At 8:19 a.m., as I attempted to order a Grande Toasted Graham Latte– yep, you would have never guessed it would take 9 minutes to serve and take payment(electronically) from two people, but apparently it does– I was informed that the espresso machine was broken. Starbucks, broken espresso machine? Where was the sign so that I could have my 9 minutes back? After leaving and stopping at another Starbucks, I actually started to wonder if the machine was broken or the girl behind the counter was actually that lazy to see if that would get me to walk away(which it obviously did). No matter, I will never patronize this location again. What a waste– do not get in this line. Drive down the street and go anywhere, even stop at Sizzler and get coffee to go. This line will torture you into thinking it’s Starbucks, but it is really a sad, unwelcoming, and poorly managed façade of a Starbucks.

HORRIBLE. I don’t understand how Starbucks licensed their company for Target to use. Target does nothing for this Starbucks location. The staff is straight trash. Slow and lazy with zero sense of urgency. It’s pathetic. This specific Starbucks has got to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Management is trash too.

Ordering my iced coffee and blueberry muffin was fine(although I’m so used to friendly Starbucks baristas that their lack of emotion was weird) but then they made my drink wrong. Totally fine(stuff happens), except that when I mentioned how the drink was supposed to be she just stared back at me and finally was like…“oh, you want us to re-make it?”. When I said yes, she took it to the other barista who told her just to pour it in another cup. The 1st girl said«I think the customer wants it new». The 2nd girl then looked at me and said(with a TON of attitude) «You want us to re-make it?» The other customers who were waiting near me for their drinks backed me up and told me they totally understood that I would want it re-made. Terrible experience. I never got upset, demanding or anything, but they just seemed unhappy.

After three days of drinking hotel-room coffee, I logged onto Unilocal searching for the nearest Starbucks… Wallah…it’s right across the street from the hotel, an easy«5-min» walk, located inside the Westfield Mall. I perused the reviews and to my dismay, the multitude of them were, in a word, I might add: Unfavorable. Nevertheless, I am not one to take counsel from the masses; so off I went. Although there were five+ people ahead of me, Sade and Sinae were pushing it… That’s right! Sade, cute as a freakin button-handled each customer with professional courtesy worthy of royalty… I absolutely love her cheery-red faux hawk. I’m just sayin’. Anyway, where was I… Oh, yes… in my estimation, these two ladies, working hard, hours before the actual mall is open, punching, smiling, serving folks who don’t come alive«until I get my coffee,» are the BEST! Keep on keeping on, Ladies(with a capital L”!) Vivii

I just had to re-review this starbucks… The employees are super friendly here… It seems like they are slow. But that is not the case because they are super busy and there are ususally 2 employees working which is not fair to the employees nor customers… So again I see the fault at the upper management not the employees… Great job done!

This is literally the slowest starbucks i have ever been in… I ordered a cold brew which all they have to do is literally pour. It took them 20 minutes + the girl messed up my order(why did she add syrup to my drink???) but i just didnt want to wait 20 more minutes for her to fix my drink. Never again will I stop by this starbucks avoid

Going to this Starbucks is never a pleasant experience. I have been using this location consistently as it is nearest to my work, but the barista staff and inefficient service have made me begin driving nearly ten minutes away to visit a different location. There is never a sense of urgency here; even during the lunch rush when the line snakes through the Target entrance, the staff either stand idle or slowly ponder how best to squirt syrup into a cup and dump in some ice; it’s infuriating. On several occasions the woman that appears to be managing this disaster of a store has distracted her employees with menial and unimportant tasks – just today she pulled a barista away from making a drink only to look at a picture of the pastry case she had printed – meanwhile more than five unmade drinks were stacked up. In the time it takes to get a drink at this pathetic attempt at a Starbucks, I can drive over two miles away and go somewhere else; it’s that bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

This is the worst starbucks ever. It has the worse customer service, they never are efficiently staffed, and they don’t provide the quality service that is expected out of other Starbucks. They need to hire new people, get new management, and improve their customer service. The staff looks miserable never smiling. Last time I spent 10 minutes waiting for a panini I go up to them and ask what happened, they just laugh in my face and said they forgot. Sadly it is the only Starbucks in the entire mall and sadly it is the worst one ever.

Worst Starbucks — ordered coffee cake on 5⁄13 and received a cake with discard date of 5⁄12 but I checked when I got back to work. This store is a bad reputation to Starbucks brand. Go to coffee bean downstairs.

This is the worst location I’ve been to so far customer service wise. On multiple occasions the baristas and cashiers have given me the worst attitude. The only decent worker there is Memory. She actually flashed me a smile and didn’t give me the stink eye today. I honestly think the only reason people get Starbucks here is due to the fact that it’s located in the Target inside the mall. I only come here because it’s right by my job and I go to Target often. Stay away from this location! Not only are they rude but it’s always busy.

Worse Starbucks ever! I need to find out the girls name that is there M-F at 8am — she had the ugliest customer service ever! Can you smile for once?! The only reason I don’t give them one star is because the drinks are actually good, and two your the closest Starbucks to my job. Other than that — pretty terrible!

Unfortunately I think one star is generous. I wish I got the name of the cashier that helped me after she was about 90% of the way through with her story about how she put the scoop in the coffee bin, which she wasn’t supposed to, and how the lady manager told her that she isn’t that good of employee anymore, because she does things differently than she is supposed to. At the 90% mark, without being acknowledged yet(about 3.5 minutes), I initiated conversation so she could get started on my drink already. She didn’t seem phased at all that I(capital i– with exclamation points!!!) was the one making her DO her job, nor apologetic. She then continued to finish up her story after ringing me out. *Thinking– lady your boss is right on!* *Also thinking– shame on your boss for not firing you already!*
