I’ve been to them twice now and can say I am a big fan! My favorite taco so far is the cauliflower with dates taco. What a delicious surprise that one was. My least favorite was the crab flauta which was ok but a little too salty for my tastes. Keep up the great work I will be a regular I think!

A bit on the pricey side, but the tacos were original and unique. Sweet potato was delicious

Incredible, creative, filling tacos. Just tried the Mortadella & Egg Torta… in foodie heaven right now!

Yes please!!! I wish this truck was in culver every day! Great ever changing menu that never dissappoints. And they always have a killer veggie option. Prices are reasonable, portions are perfect, food is fast(but not too fast like gross trucks), service is friendly, and taste is on point!!! Hell yeah to supporting this little family run truck! Oh plus it looks really cool too! I even got one of their rad shirts(haha does that make me a fan?)

**LOVELETTERTOGUERILLATACOS** Dear Guerilla Tacos, It was nearly two years ago when I found you at the first ever LA Taco Festival. I didn’t really know a lot about you, but you smelled great, so I approached you. I started some small talk with you and ordered the special taco of the day — squash blossom tacos with sea salt and a tangy sauce. You took your time, but it was definitely worth it. Guerilla Tacos, you definitely know how to cook. After the first bite of my taco, I fell head over heels in love with you. Never have I had a taco… so wonderful and creative before. I didn’t know when I would see you again, and I was sad. Then a couple of days ago, you popped up on my Instagram feed and my heart swelled. I knew we had to be reunited, so I went to Culver City to find you and — there you were, as if we hadn’t separated for these two long years! I walked up to you and, as before, ordered tacos from you and waited on you to get ready. And then… you called my name and handed me my char siu and sweet potato tacos which were just as good as before. Guerilla Tacos, you’re definitely one of my favorite taco places out there. But I guess you’re probably wondering… if I love you so much, why four stars? Because you ain’t a cheap date, that’s for sure. But I still love you. Love, Sara

35 minute wait to spend $ 9 for 2 small mediocre tacos filled with vegetables(cauliflower & sweet potato). No protein in these tacos.(I take that back, there was one half inch piece of bacon in the sweet potato taco) Why even open the doors to serve veggie tacos? There were 4 ppl in line in front of us but still took 15 min just to place our order. I must have come on a major«miss» day. I will try to make it over to Guerilla Tacos again and hope my experience is much much different so I can update this review.

Hit or miss gourmet tacos, but when they’re good, they’re REALLY good. NOTE: The menu changes frequently and the tacos run $ 4 – 5, but two are a meal. Wish the truck came to the west side more than once a week! Either way, this place is giving Kogi and Guisado’s a run for their money.

Interesting selection of protein selection. I ordered these as tacos: Potato Swordfish Belly Wild Boar I also had blood clam. Everything was flavorful and topped with a sauce or spice that drive home the taste. The clam was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back to taste what’s on the menu.
