I certainly lucked out because when my daughter made an appointment for me to get a haircut it happened to be with Sandra Perez. I loved the location since its next door to my granddaughters therapy center, so easy. Sandra is a genuinely kind person with a sweet low key personality and not one of those who just talks a mile a minute, love it! She took such care to give me what turned out to be hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. Not a single person who saw it didn’t agree it was just a great cut. Even though it’s grown out and I need to go back to see Sandra soon, it still looks good, that’s how talented she is with her cuts and styling. She showed me how to emulate what she’d done and also gave me an amazing blowout, too. My daughter was so impressed that she’s going for cut and color next week. I’m going to have her color mine with the next cut and feel confident since she’s obviously the best find for all your hair needs.

Sandra Perez is the most amazing colorist and stylist I’ve ever had! She listens to what I want to do with my hair and it always comes out better than I could have imagined it. Sandra absolutely rocks at color. She is so talented!
I came to her after I fried my hair with bleach and we had to cut it all off but since then I have been going to Sandra (a year and a half now) and my hair is probably in the best shape it’s ever been in! Sandra is also so sweet and personable. I look forward to my appts and catching up with her. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Sandra is the most gental concerned hairstylist I’ve had. She is so careful with my delicate thinning hair. I am a very difficult demanding client and she has tamed the wild beast in me. My hair looks great and I am so happy I met her. One procedure she’s done on my hair is to highlight it and dye the roots at the same time. It was amazing! It came out perfectly and I don’t use that word often. You will be very happy if you let Sandra do your hair!!!

Sandra is great! I’ve been going to her for years now and she is always so wonderful. Not only does she give me a great cut, but the head massage during my wash is incredible. Highly recommend!

I went to Rosemarie and I could not have been happier. She knew exactly what I wanted even though I wasnt sure. Now I have the best hair color. I just needed highlights, she did the perfect job and I will not go anywhere else now. I found my hair soul mate :)

For the nail girl, Oneyda: Don’t waste your time. She’s the owner’s sister so guess how she got the job.
She’s sweet, but I can tell you right now she does not want to work on your feet. She’s like, «Well, your cuticles look good so I’m not going to mess with them.»
Mhm, you just don’t want to scrub someone else’s feet. I get it. (I wouldn’t do it.) But don’t take the job if you’re not going to do it up proper.
Her gel mani was just okay, but not for $ 30.
Try Two Brown Eyed Girls; it’s REALLY good.

I worked with Georgina on a print set this past weekend and she was like the sweetest and most efficient hair stylist I’ve ever worked with. Will definitely go to her salon when a major event comes up :)

It took me nearly 40 years to find this salon — specifically to find Georgina! I have difficult straight, course hair and frankly not very good at styling my hair. Georgina has changed that — even with my limited styling skill my hair look amazing every time. I have a slightly different vision at every session and she always delivers the look I want. I always receive compliments for my color and style. She’s amazingly talented and I’m so glad she is my stylist.
The salon is always clean and I’m always offered tea or water — a very nice touch!
Parking is good which is always a big plus on this side of town.

I’m so happy I found Helen again! She has relocated from Chrome and I am so grateful because the parking at Innovations is very convenient. Before, at Chrome, I had my fiancé drop me off and pick me up which was a bit annoying… But it was all worth it to have my hair cut by Helen.
My history with hair stylists has not been perfect. You know when you ask for a trim or «just a little» and you leave with hair 3 inches shorter than you intended? That’s never the case here. I love my long hair and Helen always does what I ask her to do. Yesterday, her tool was a razor and she trimmed my hair while still keeping my length. My layers look amazing and my coworkers have all asked for her number.
Come try Helen… you won’t be disappointed.

I definitely owe my brother-​in-​law & big sis for talking me into going to Helen! She’s been giving my sister awesome cuts and color for years, and she’s been my brother-in-law’s stylist since before he met my sister more than a decade ago.
I like to be pretty DIY with my color (cosmetology has been a bit of a hobby for me), but the pressure of work and relocating to LA was building… and my roots were getting pretty scary… so I finally decided to leave it in the hands of a professional whom I trust. When I’d been in town on business last year I’d gone to Helen for a cut, and she gave me one of the best I’d had in years. That was last November, and I’d actually been so traumatized by the last totally botched haircut I had in the SF Bay Area, that I’d only had one cut since I saw her last.
This time around, a couple weeks ago, she put tremendous time and effort into revitalizing my hair — she fixed my roots that I’d admittedly screwed up when I was rushing through a bleach job, and she managed to bleach out the stains I’d left with hair chalk (pro tip: DON’T listen to them when they tell you it’s temporary! if your hair is processed and porous, like mine was, it can really screw up your color), and on top of that she gave me my (thus-​far) all-​time favorite cut & color. She went off of what I asked her for, but I gave her some personal freedom to do what she thought would look best and I could not be more happy with how it all turned out!
I’ve had some pretty stunning colors before that turned heads — including Rihanna red — but I think this one has topped them all in terms of the compliments I’ve been receiving.
All that aside, she has an awesome personality and is a lot of fun to chat with.
I definitely, DEFINITELY would recommend her to anyone who likes the idea of leaving the salon far more attractive than they were upon arrival!

Had the Lifebooker deal for a $ 15 gel manicure. Making an appointment was easy. And the nail tech (Oneyda) was great at communicating via text when there was an issue with my appointment time.
Parking is easy — plenty of non-​metered street parking available. Color choices are good and the service itself was fine. She only used two coats of polish so I’m a little concerned about chips. Will update about how that goes. Oneyda was very good at explaining that since one of my nails had torn, there was a good chance that the gel would «lift» soon on that nail. I do appreciate the warning.
Salon is relatively comfortable… it’s a full service salon, not just a nail place.
UPDATE — 7 days later, significant chipping on five nails. Not as long lasting as it should be. Needed a total re-​do in a week. For that reason, had to change my rating from 3 to 2 stars… Would not return.

So this is for a mani-​pedi from Oneyda. Like others, I purchased a Lifebooker for a «Spa» Mani-​Pedi. When I got there she indicated that she just does a «regular» and there is no «spa»…ok…
Where is what it said on Lifebooker: «start with a soothing soak and massage for your hands and feet, followed by an exfoliating foot scrub and hot towel treatment. Then your fingers and toes will get some good, old-​fashioned cuticle-​and-​nail care before your choice of Essie or OPI nail polish is applied.»
I received no exfoliating foot scrub and my cat could have given me a deeper massage. It also took WAY too long… Oyendia was VERY nice and she is new, so hopefully she will improve.

I just moved to Culver City and was looking for a place nearby. I’m so glad I came here! I was growing my hair out for two years to donate it to Locks of Love. Locks of Love uses hair donations to make wigs for kids that have cancer. It’s hard enough being sick, it’s really difficult not to have hair when you’re a little boy or girl.
Cat, out of the sweetness of her heart donated her time and energy to cut my hair for the cause, free of charge. I was expecting an average simple haircut, but CAT went above and beyond, as only a true artist and professional would.
Her sense of style along with her desire to please her clients makes her the best in her profession that I have come across. She took time doing everything and made sure that the cut was just what I wanted. The cut that I got can go from classy to edgy in a matter of seconds. She did tons of work with a razor too! The fine detailing makes my hair full of volume and spunk!
She was even kind enough to blow out my hair and put some amazing smelling product in when she could’ve just booted me out the door!
She was great company and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would even say that we had fun during the process. It was the best haircut experience I’ve ever had and I will absolutely continue to go back to her time and time again, as well as recommend her to everyone I know. Honestly, SHE’S THE BEST! See for yourself, you won’t regret it and you’ll feel like a brand new beautiful woman! Just like I did :-)
I have received so many compliments on my hair… from people I know and strangers.
As far as the salon itself goes:
It’s very nice! It’s big, clean, the mirrors are huge… the sinks are awesome and don’t hurt your neck. They have music playing to put you at ease and parking is not hard to find.

I found Cynthia years ago on Unilocal and she is a master at cuttting hair .
There were times when I couldn’t get in for an appointment and had to go somewhere else, Everytime I was disapointed .
I will never again let anyone else touch my hair .
Cynthia is very skilled at what she does and she is friendly and personable.
Most of all she listens to what YOU want.

Time for shampoo and style! Pam is the only one I go to, she gets it right every time. This is the best salon I have ever been to, as long as you’re not wanting that Beverly Hills snobby stuff.
This place is so relaxed, and feels so comfortable. Everyone talks to you, there is a cheerful vibration.
Pam is one of the only hairdressers I have ever found who can get my hair right. She has years of experience and can advise you on any aspect of hairdressing. She also does Brazilian blowout. And she gets my color right every time.
