My wife went here and had a very bad experience. She wasnt happy with her order and asked for her money back and was subjected to rude, terrible customer service. We will not return.

Really good food and great service! Shout out to Heymi and Amy for their friendliness and smiles! Definitely coming here again!

Delicious flavored fries with chilli bbq cheddar and sour cream the new flavor u can ask free sample and they get it for u que rico!!!

They said if I called in the order ahead of time it would be ready so I could go on my break and just pick it up. I came and they had just barley started making it. Bad

Ugh I didn’t mean to get anything but the free sample lured me in. Tater tots for the win! I ended up getting the Jumbo which is the smallest size for $ 3.45. You can also get the Mega (medium) or Giga (large). You may also choose different flavors: BBQ, sour cream and onion, garlic & parmesean, cheddar, chili BBQ, and cinnamon & sugar. You can also mix and match! I got the BBQ and sour cream as requested by the cashier, it was bahhhmmmbb! Make sure to ask for light seasoning or it’ll be too much.
I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the appearance of the store/​kiosk wasn’t the best. The cashier’s shirt was also greasy but she was very sweet! I wish I got her name. She made me a fresh batch of tater tots and even asked me if I wanted ranch.
If you’re a fan of potatoes you’ll love this place! There are crisp cut fries, loopy fries, sweet potato, and Jo Jo chips. My friend said their wings are decent as well. I’m trying to watch what I eat so I’m trying to stay away from this place but knowing me I’ll be back once I get a craving :)

I wanted loopy fries, and the guy gave me regular fries. I told him I wanted loopy fries, and I’d pay the difference. However, he wouldn’t change my order. At least he threw in a few loopy fries in the end.

Overall, they had decent food for fast food mall fare, however the service was super slow. One reason I chose Potato Corner today is it seemed quick. The kids chicken tender meal (which was pretty decent and reasonably priced) took well over 10 minutes for us to get. It appeared that the person making the food left for a few minutes while I put in my order and then didn’t start it until he came back around 8 minutes later. It was tough with a hungry kid!

I used to live in the Philippines and Potato Corner was my favorite snack place! I love their BBQ, Cheese & Sour cream french fries! THE BEST.

Amazing, delicious fries! I’ve never had fries this good! I had a mix of chili bbq, and sour cream and they were beyond delicious, I can eat these every single day! I got the giga fries to share with my brother and we were both pleased not only by the texture of the fry but also the flavor! It’s a definite must try! Customer service was great to say the least, gentleman helped us out with a smile and very professional attitude! Will come back again!

All i have to say is chili bbq! Get the fries. I ordered the chips thinking they were thick like at buffalo wild wings, but they were thin like Doritos. They had no problem with replacing them with fries.

It’s certainly my favorite place in California to get great fries or tater tots or wings for cheap! The wait is never too long and the food always comes out fresh, they are honest to a fault and recommend other alternative spaces in the mall, which is a little strange but hey: to each their own. The customer service is good and the flavors are plentiful. The food is good and the wait is around a medium length, but so worth it for the fries! I would recommend it if you’re looking for some nice deep fried snacks to munch on, but be careful with the wings, they use the same powder as the fries (Which is not bad, but an important thing to note), which means you really ought to get a drink. I will gladly head here whenever I feel hungry for fries or whatnot at the Westfeild mall. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I give it 5 stars. The place gives me what I want, alerts me to things I may not know, recommends other establishments and does it all with a smile!(or at least a nice tone)!

If sour cream and onion Pringles could be fries then I would imagine they would taste like the sour cream and onion french fries at The Potato Corner. My mom and I ordered the Mega sized regular style and boy did they go great with our Five Guys Burgers. The french fries were hot, fresh, crisp, and flavorful. I think these just may be my new favorite flavored fries. Their slogan happens to be «World’s Best Flavored Fries» and I can’t disagree. I will definitely be back when I’m in the mood for a decadent treat.

I stopped by here to get some loopy fries with garlic and parmesan seasoning. Unfortunately they were very busy when I got there. The area for the fries was pretty much empty as they were practically making them to order. I’m guessing the straight fries are ordered most often and since I ordered loopy fries it too quite a bit longer. The actual fries were disappointing. I usually love curly fries but I feel like they were perhaps fried either too long or not long enough. Rather than crispy they were more on the hard side and not completely appetizing.
If it were based on food alone, I probably would have given two stars at most. However, I’ll add on another star because of their AMAZING customer service. My fries took a long time to come out. The two workers there that day noticed I had been standing there waiting for quite a while and offered a drink as I continued to wait. Since I had just finished a large drink, I thanked them but politely declined. They obviously still felt very bad about the long wait so wait my order was complete they actually upgraded me to the next size up! GREAT SERVICE! It was just unfortunate the actual food was disappointing and I did not end up eating all the fries.

Customer services is very good here. I stopped by Thursday evening and 2 young men gladly serve me. They let me sample different seasonings for my fries. They actually give you a few fries with the seasoning. I tried garlic parmesan and cheese, chilli bbq and bbq. The bbq is my favorite so I decided to get large bucket. I didnt need anything else. I worry about feeling guilty later.

Horrible. I had never tried their fries so I ordered their mega (medium) fries and opted for the BBQ flavor. The flavor let alone smell about made me ill. I took them back and they refused to let me return the fries to get another without the BBQ seasoning.
Those of you that follow my reviews know I typically don’t slam food establishments but they went out of their way to give me a horrific experience.
Let me sum Potato Corner up in two simple words. STAY AWAY

the owner responded to my review via message. ok, one extra star for caring, awww. she actually just said they would be looking into why the food tasted stale. ok.

POTATO CORNER offers multiple fry shapes and multiple seasonings like BBQ, SOUR CREAM & ONION, and PARMESAN. their counter signage touts «best flavored French fries» but i thought not so much. maybe they had an off day, but everything seemed kinda stale.

this initial taste test really woke up my taste buds! the mix of BBQ and SOUR CREAM was a FLAVOR BURST. i immediately confirmed with staff that there was MSG. not that i care. bring it on. the ORIGINAL FRIES texture was a little dry, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt since these sample fries had been sitting over heat in the window.

thick and hard. in this situation, not the best. chip LOOKED fine but had a burnt taste and felt stale. the BBQ FLAVOR was less impressive by itself,

the LOOPY FRIES had an ok texture but had many small, straighter pieces that were dry. the seasonings were caked on, which you’d think would be good, but the distinct flavors got lost and muddied. only ate a few before i lost interest.
on the plus side, MIGUEL was awesome and answered EVERY ONE of my RIDICULOUS questions! and did it with a smile and a helpful attitude.

They’re not freshly cut fries, and the additives are powder. I was hoping for a better turn out every time I ate a piece, but the only satisfaction I got was they filled my stomach.

This is my favorite place to eat at the mall :) I LOVE the original chili BBQ fries. So good! An employee named Nick gave excellent service. Its made to order, so you know it’s fresh.

Another junk food stand. Nothing spectacular about the potatoes. You just choose the style /​cuts of potatoes and which artificial flavor you want to sprinkle. They don’t have original (salt), just BBQ and cheese. I think buying and deep frying the frozen tater tots at home is better. Not sure if they will stay in business for long.

YUM! i love potato corner! im glad they have it in LA now! this is my childhood snack back in the philippines! i always get the chili bbq! it’s my fave flavor! be careful because it’s spicy! it takes a couple minutes to make because they always make a fresh batch for you! which is a good thing! so it’s good to be a little patient when it comes to waiting for your food because it will be worth it!
