Tipsy friends sing to self humiliate, evidence collected. I had fun listening to botched songs you will too, keep the drinks coming… Having fun.

This is one of my favorite places to go when I’m visiting my parents. In New York, I have a regular karaōke place that I go to every week(Botanica on 47 E. Houston in Manhattan– cheap and fun) and this place is my go to place for karaōke in LA. I’ve been to karaōke at the Pig and Whistle, karaōke at the famous Gaslite, and even karaōke at the bar(Scarlet Lady Saloon) down the strip mall from this place… this one is the best. The singers are much more diverse than anywhere else, the host is really friendly and has a huge song selection, and the drinks are cheap and generous.

Where do i start… Ok, so I’ve only been here for NFL Sundays. I was introduced to it by my GF and her Cheese squad that meet up here as this is a Packers House. Maybe it’s the host and the crowd but this place is a great place to watch football and have drinks. They are super friendly and generous. Free pizza, free beer, free raffles etc etc. Seriously it gets really loud when the packers do anything like TD, 1st down, picks. …too bad im not a packer fan or else this would be almost the perfect NFL Sunday place to be.

my friend hosts karaōke here a few nights a week so shout out to kj kj! lol he’s really great at what he does and he keeps the crowd happy. he’s also really fair about his roster which is a little difficult to find. the bartenders are usually sweethearts, so i enjoy them. the crowd is meh. that’s the only thing. some ewgross bros, a lot of ewgross hipsters, some aretheyhomeless drunk dudes… overall though the place itself is cool

Always drove by this place but never thought about going in. The«bouner» Dom, told me and my family about it so we decided to stop in on Friday night. Got there around 8:30/9pm and it is a total dive bar. We were able to get a both since we were there fairly early. It’s is very dated but your able to select your own music(free) which is great. The karaōke was really fun. No stage or designated area. Just grab the mic when it’s your turn and sing away. No food. Just drinks. Very diverse crowd. We we all had a good time. Needs some updating for sure though.

This is a nice little dive bar that has karaōke 7 nights a week. I’ve only been there at night and every nighttime bartender has been nothing but nice. Drinks are pretty cheap and the atmosphere is pretty fun. It is also a «Green Bay Packer» bar, so if you’re a Packer fan, this place can get pretty crazy when they are on TV. All in all, it’s a nice little dive that I like going to. The people are very eclectic and the music choices are extremely varied.

Great place to watch Packers games in Los Angeles. It beats any other sports bar since this place will be packed by Green Bay fans. It feels like one huge family. Definitely recommend!

My favorite karaōke spot in LA(and I’ve been to all of them). The catalog is literally unlimited and it’s the perfect mix of dive bar and neighborhood hangout spot. And Nia the bartender is fantastic. Wish I could give 6 stars.

I am a Culver City native and best believe me this place pops on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are tired of the pretentious bullshit of Hollywood clubs and overpriced drinks, make your way down here and have a great time. The bartenders are friendly and booze flows like the Nile.

Dive bar. Not bad. Very diverse crowd. Caught a playoff game here while meeting a friend. Might visit again. Looks cool from outside, at least.

I had driven past this place a couple of times previously on business trips, each time having the same thought, «Is that a crappy strip club?» Well my friends, I have the answer. It is most assuredly not a strip club. It is a bar, a divey bar, but a wicked cool, wicked friendly dive bar. Oh, and every patron is a professional karaōke singer(did I mention they have karaōke? Because they do.). The beer is cold, and the crowd warm and friendly. What else do you need?

I left to check my car. I re-entered the bar, and got something wet on my arm — something was on the door. The door was slathered in a stranger’s blood. I definitely feel like the victim here, but i have a feeling I’m wrong…

A classic. It is OLDSCHOOLCULVERCITY. Locals only. But I guess new faces are welcome too. Karaōke every night. White people singing horribly and ruining your favorite rap song. They will even sing Jon Bön jovi… Anyway, where else can you get a 32 oz bottle of cheap beer??! BESTDEALINLAMETRO!

This place always appears on Best L.A. Dive Bar Lists and it’s close-ish to my place so I finally decided to check it out last night. It was… insane. Smelly, rowdy, and loud. I knew I was in love when the hot bartender took the karaōke mic and sang Nicki Minaj(«Anaconda,» obvs) while pouring whiskey shots. Vibe is a good mix of hip-hop and hipster. Huge cheap cans of beer and bizarre sex toy(I think?) vending machines in the bathroom. Pool tables with Jack Daniels logo-ed felt. For all the chaos and stink, a friendly vibe permeated throughout. I’ll be back for sure.

True definition of a dive bar. Came last night on a Friday on a whim. This is the 1st bar I have ever been to where I heard 50 percent of songs karaōke be rap music. It was hilarious and fun. They make good drinks too. They also have a couple of pool tables. If you want a good stiff drink and some laughs show up.

So I’ve been passing this place for a year. I’ve looked up the reviews yet I never went. We were out late and decided to try something different. This place is awesome. The crowd is as mixed as you can get and the live karaōke is great! The waitress chick can really sing. What a treat. The drinks were quite stiff and thanks to the bartender, I tried my first fire ball shot. What exactly is a fire ball shot? IDK but it was good! Went back within a week because hey, when I find something I like, I kinda stick. It was pretty late and everyone was smashed. The karaōke was still goin’ hard and the one drink that I had, had me buzzin. The crowd and atmosphere is really dive neighborhood bar. I like. No need to get all dolled up and everyone seems friendly. I will make this my close to home go to spot when it’s that kinda need a drink kind of night. Or day. So, there you have it.

So one of my besties moved to Culver a few months ago and we were looking for a neighborhood dive bar. Found it! We’ve been here a few times and the staff is so consistently great that I finally feel like I should really write this. We were there on Wednesday night and they had karaōke. This guy is new(I think? I mean I haven’t been there in over a month-ish? Either way, relatively new.) The sound is so much better than before. And he’s amazing! He said he is there other nights of the week too so we’ll be back. Shout out to him! Thanks for being an awesome emcee! The staff was super friendly and the beer selection is great. As usual. Seriously, we consistently have a good time and great service, no matter who is helping us out. Doesn’t matter what night you go. Expect to have a good time.

Fun little dive-y bar. There’s karaōke, and a good amount of seating. Definitely not a trendy or hip place — and I love that it isn’t. The music isn’t so loud that you can’t hear the person you’re speaking to, and the room isn’t so dark that you can’t see them either. Good parking too. That’s a bonus!
