For a big chain coffee place they do a great job from there customer service to the quality of food/​drinks. If the parking situation was better I’d give it 5stars.

They NEVER have what you want. I have been back a few times to give it another chance. I ordered a plain bagel. They said sorry, we are all out of those. That has happened every time. Also, they were out of soda. We went one time at night and they didn’t even have the drive thru lights on. It is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. You are better off driving to the one at shell near RT 99.

As far as Dunkins go, this one is on par. While so don’t frequent often (more of a price thing, but that’s another story for another day) they are always very nice. Never have I asked for something and they were out of it. The coffee is always pretty good, iced tea was fresh and they always seem to get my order correct which is more than I can say for other locations. I often use the drive thru and they usually get me out and on my way in under 5 minutes. My only issue is the exit of the parking lot. Unless you are ussing the drive thru it is a potential car accident. To get into the exit lane, you basically need to cut off all of the cars exiting the drive thru. Which isn’t where you should be looking when exiting out on to mendon rd. Although this has nothing to do with the service, I’m expecting an accident one of these days.

This could be possibly one of the worst places to get coffee in town. Wait times at drive through run an average of 10 minutes and orders frequently come out incorrect. This place is 5 min down the street from work which is great for convenience but wait times make it a 25 min trip. Head inside and order if you’re in any sort of rush.
